Equipment is very old and could definitely use an upgrade.
I would have liked to see some supervision or interaction during a birthday party.

We stopped going about halfway through the fall session we had signed our toddler up for. Virtually no instruction, class started late often, and overall, it was very chaotic. I would be shocked if anyone there even learned my daughter's or my name.

My child attended beginner's gymnastics here, but initially, it lacked structure, resembling an open gym. Her skills regressed, despite private lessons being helpful. However, I believe progress was limited until more teachers were assigned. We won't return due to inadequate instructor-to-student ratios for younger children.

My daughter loves it. They have good facilities. The staff seem knowledgeable. It is smaller than some other places, but they do the best they can with what they have. Energetic coaches. Quality facilities.

We had my 5 year olds birthday party here last weekend and it was great! The staff was wonderful with the kids, they cleaned up our cake mess in the lobby and the kids had a blast.

You get to go on almost all the equipment and it's a pretty big place. It is so much fun but sometimes there's a lot of people. I highly recommend

I usually only leave good reviews because too often we only comment on the negative. My experience, however, warrants a negative review. I drove to MAGS to sign my daughter up in person for a class. When I got there the girl told me I had to do it online. Not sure why I could not sign up there but ok. So I went home and signed my daughter up for an Aerial class 6pm on Wednesdays. The dates were correct. I paid my annual registration and class fee. We were all set! My daughter was so excited for her upcoming class. We showed up early for the class and tried to find where she was supposed to be in the crowd. I asked the office and proceeded to watch the instructor and office worker yell back and forth from the gym saying that the class wasnβt being taught this session. I showed them what it says on their website. Dates were correct. Fee was paid. I was told my daughter could go to the 5pm class that sheβd just missed the class. Itβs 6pm now. I didnβt want her to miss the first day of instruction for a brand new activity. Why would anyone want that prorated or not. There was no apology for their website discrepancy, disappointing my child, or for wasting my time. Clearly we didnβt matter to them. I took my refund and my crying, disappointed daughter home and told her weβd sign up in the future. That was a month ago and now I have an email that says Iβve been charged a late fee! Weβll see how long it takes them to respond to my refund request. It is no wonder so many families told me to go to K&G or LeSeuer! We picked MAGS because of proximity and because I went there as a kid. But I learned the hard way its worth the drive to go elsewhere.
