Most coaches were not helpful and front desk were even more apathetic. Their recreational program put no effort into helping kids achieve their goals. My daughter had one skill to complete to advance to the next level and every session I had to ask them about her progress and they would look at me like a dear staring into headlights. Don’t waste your time or money.

Didn’t help my daughter at all. Had her in there for two years and she didn’t learn anything. I had to help her at home to do her skills and had to often ask for evaluations so my daughter can go up to next step otherwise no feedback whatsoever. Takes advantage of Suni Lee’s name sake. Just another gym that takes parents money who are eager to invest in their kids interests.

I'm sure their competitive/elite programs are great, but their recreation programs were incredibly poor in our experience, especially when taking the price into account. We signed up 2 kids for 3 sessions, and all instructors (except for 1) they had were apathetic, unmotivated, and seemed likely they legitimately didn't like kids. One of them (Autumn) was incredibly rude to our child which led us to complain and ultimately quit. We've since found a much better and cheaper option for our kids, who are simply looking to burn energy and have fun. Highly NOT recommended.

I do not recommend the parent tyke class for children under 2.5/3. My son was 19 months when we first started, I expected age appropriate exercises and some group activity, this was nothing close to that, don't waste your money. The instructor seemed to get bent out of shape when the babies/toddlers weren't following the circuit, pretty silly. My son enjoyed the trampoline and running around though.

My daughter has been going here for several years and absolutely loves it. All of her coaches have been amazing. If it was up to her, she would quit all of her other sports and only go here every day year round.

None words for the gym only for the Booster Club, my daughter decide to stop doing gymnastics last February (2024) Booster club charge me $3000 for the competition, email them (don’t have a phone number) and they said they will refund money for us, she just did 1 competition, they never did. Still waiting Nicole (president of Booster Club) just push me around saying that she will send me a check, gave her my address that was 2 months ago and I’m still waiting, emailed her back she said that she is not the president anymore she is helping with the transition to the new president, they still don’t care about my refund, other parents and ex trainers left the gym and they already have their money back and I’m not it’s been 6 months already, the only person that helps answering the phone at the gym is Sandy (always ready to help) but about the Booster Club I’m tired to be asking for my money back I hope this message can help me to get my refund.

I’m of the belief that you give a company a chance to make things right, but after doing so, there were no changes. After Suni Lee had gone through lessons here this Gym has gotten very busy and they know they don’t need to retain customers or give you a good experience because they have plenty on their waitlist. We’ve tried multiple sessions with multiple instructors here and it is a very hit or miss depending on which instructor you get. After my daughter basically experience glorified supervised playtime I asked the Gym to provide more coaching as that is what we paid for. Nothing changed I asked multiple times and even asked to switch instructors and still nothing changed. Save your money and do not send her children here.

Very organized, friendly staff. They have all the kids sanitize their hands before and after class and check their temps to keep everyone safe. They allow make up sessions if your child has to miss a class as well.

They do not make you feel comfortable when at the classes. I was told i needed to be in the corner where other people were all standing close to each other and some even sitting in chairs. Then told by the front desk, I could wait in my vehicle if to many people. I was one of the 1st customers here this morning. They have so many kids in one class the coach is unable to give direction and attention to paying customers. My daughter was hurt in class and the staff did nothing to help! I feel the price of these classes is not worth it and rude staff.

my brother had a birthday and it was perfect they had a whole schedule for the kids and they taught the kids new things if they wanted to learn something and they left sometime at the end for free time for the kids to do what they wanted... they even had a break for the presents and cake

My children have been training at Midwest for several years. They have great recreational classes as well as great teams. The lobby area is large and provides a great place to hangout and watch while kids are in classes.

Terrible customer services. Their attitude is very pretentious. The customer is there for them, not them for the customer. They did not follow through on promises and reservations they made and did not make any effort remedy or even apologize. It was all about blaming the customer.

This is a nice gym with a large practice area and waiting/observation area. The class sizes seem small which is good because your child will get the attention they need to improve. I love that this place has so many different types of classes available and many time slots for each class offered.

Loved it! Currently participating in the Parkour & Freerunning class and loving it! Everything is padded, minimal injuries. Great and friendly staff, they ask you what you want to learn. Prices are cheap for the classes, easy to get to.
To anyone interested in Gymnastics, Acrobatics, Parkour (.etc) this is the place to go!

Midwest Gymnastics is fantastic!! I have been involved there for over 6 years now and couldn't be happier. The coaches are kind, have a great sense of humor and are very talented at what they do. The facility is much larger than a lot of gyms I've been to, and includes a lot more equipment as well. Go there and see for yourself! They offer free trials!
