Very disappointing experience for us. My daughters first pitching lesson went well. The schedule is very busy, however, and they weren’t able to get us in for another session for 3 weeks. By the time that session came around our whole family of 5 came down with Covid and we were a hot mess. I completely forgot about the scheduled session. Lisa, who I had been scheduling things through, was nothing but rude….I apologized profusely for the missed session but Lisa continued to send rude emails with her annoyances. She then proceeded to cancel our next session, last minute, just to try and make a point but I had had enough by this point. Needless to say, we have since moved on to better instructors & organization. Take your money elsewhere, this place doesn’t deserve your business.

Superb fastpitch organization led by D1 Champion player and D1 coaches that bring highest level of skill and game experience to young developing players. Love 'em first attitude with a healthy dose of accountability that any youth will benefit from.

Watched the 18U Powers team at PGF Nationals. What an absolutely classless bunch of players and coaches. Zero respect for the game and obnoxious behavior that is unmatched in my 12 years of watching softball. I love competitors, and those willing to grind it out, but their β€œtactics” were way over the line. In talking with opponents, this is commonplace for them and other Minnesota based teams not affiliated with this organization were clear to point out that they are embarrassed by the behavior and that it’s not representative of the state. Parents, if you value sportsmanship and respect for game or opponent, I would recommend steering clear of Minnesota Fastpitch Academy.

Best coaches around. Julie, Lisa Britt and the rest are all great coaches who genuinely care. I wish I knew half of what they know about the game.

I've had good experiences with Minnesota Fastpitch Academy. The pitching coach is really good and knows what she's doing! My daughter is now trying other services too but from what I see, it is a topnotch training facility. I had one bad experience but it wasn't related to this place at all; it was due to an injury that my daughter sustained outside of training. I lost out but they were up front about their no refund policy. I have since noticed that they have added a type of registration insurance in case something unforeseen happens. I purchase it now for all of the sessions I sign up for.
