Solid gym. Everything you need. Squat racks deadlifting platform and best of all chalk is permitted. Decent cardio options and dumbbells go to 150. The yearly rate is around $250. Really reasonable. The staff is solid and overall a great gym. I would not hesitate to recommend it to anyone. So what are you waiting for sign up?

I've been working with Kevin for a little over a year now and I've got to say that in over 25 years of off and on working with trainers--he's the best trainer I've worked with.
He's helped me set goals, patiently gone over various lifts and what benefits they're making for my body, and encouraged me to stay on track.
Just as importantly, he's helped me get back on track when I've temporarily fallen off the plan. I have to admit that I occasionally weaken and cheat on the nutrition plan-or get busy and don't make it to the gym like I should. But when these things happen Kevin works with me to help me realize that most everyone has these glitches where they lose their focus, and helps me get my focus back and working towards my target of losing bodyfat and increasing my strength!
He's also helped me rehab an injured rotator and rebuild it so that I have no more pain or mobility issues.

I can't recommend him highly enough!
