National Karate has been great for my kids. The teachers are phenomenal! They have two sites in the St.Cloud area that allow for families to have flexibility in getting the kids to their classes. We have been going for over 7 years and couldn’t ask for a better place for our kids to learn karate and self-defense.

Thank you everyone at Saint Cloud National Karate. My son and I have absolutely no complaints. From the first day everyone there the entire staff were very helpful and friendly and kind, especially Becky. She wanted to make sure we were in a payment plan that we could afford and went over each plan that they offer with me. I had an unexpected financial setback once and received reminder payments in the mail. I was afraid to call and respond to the letter at first but after speaking with her I felt a whole lot better. Becky is very understanding and she helped me come up with a plan and was very patient and flexible with me. When my son went to college we hated to leave because he was doing so well.( He loved going) She had no problem letting us out of the contract. In fact before I signed the contract she informed that when he goes to college Just give her proof of his new address and the contract will be cancelled. when my son went to college she wanted to know how things were going with my son. Very pleasant person. They were always easy to get ahold of when I called about my payments or if I had to leave a message She would return my message. I want to say thank you for giving my son and I a great experience. To bad there is not another National Karate where he is going to college or I would ask him to transfer there because of our experience here. I hope my son will choose to go back to National Karate after college. God Bless

Instructors were great, the owner was horrible to deal with after I moved over 100 miles away. Left several messages to contact and never got a call back after. Contract clearly states that it could be canceled if moved away and she denies this. Contract was cancelled 3 months later.
