Next Level Training Wellness and Fitness is a gym focused on long term results. We are a resistance training gym that provides instruction and free customized programs to it's members. We do our sessions by appointment, however, you execute the program on your own once you feel comfertable.

"Secluded" would not a negative word when I describe Next Level; it is tucked away but in an accessible spot and as such, it isn't a high traffic gym. It's very simple to enter the building and have a productive, focused workout. The owner is quickly responsive via text or email. If you're looking for personal training, he will work with you to create a comprehensive and tenacious schedule to work toward your goals, found in a folder by the entry. The gym is quite clean and has a solid array of different machines to utilize. At $45/month for open lift, I'm hard-pressed to find a downside to this gym.

Great place to workout!

The facility and equipment are very nice and high quality. The place is not intimidating like other gyms can be. Jonathan, the owner, is very knowledgeable and friendly.

Next level fitness has been great. You get an individualized work out plan, coaching from the owner and a comfortable environment. It's helped me get back into shape after an injury and my son's working on strength training and injury prevention. We've been really happy with our membership here.

I joined this gym with the goal of strengthening after a running injury. I was given a custom training program and have been making steady progress. I rocked my 10 mile race and felt amazing! Thank you, Jonathan!
