I registered my daughter for classes and she is not been able to get any of those classes, because winter break, no classes, closed for birthdays partys. But I been charged $224.25.
They double charged me for their annual fee.
They should said something about closing dates when we registered. I try to contact them by phone, email, front desk. Apparently nobody is there to help or don't know what happened.
I agree with the previous review NOT for minorities.

Not for minorities. They switched instructors almost every week for my daughter’s class without notice. One of the instructor refused to let my daughter and the other minority girl do flips while letting all the white kids practice. Every time my daughter or the other girl went up to her to do flips she would motion for them to go to the other stations in which she couldn’t get them engaged in because she had poor instructions. You could visibly tell she didn’t want to and couldn’t teach 6 children basic gymnastics skills. I witnessed this during three classes that she taught. Once I brought it up to the front desk and notified them of my daughters withdrawal that instructor was gone again even though she was apparently the one assigned to that class. Of the two months we were there the class had 4-5 different instructors. Some were much better with engaging the kids than others. It wasn’t consistent, my daughter had anxiety with each new instructor she wasn’t familiar with.

Removing 1 star as we finally got contacted and the resolution was satisfactory. The gym itself is a great place with teachers who care for your kid. Our children have excelled and enjoy coming each week. They are always changing things up to make it not repetitive. Please keep up with customer communication.
