No Quit Fit is not a global gym or just a place to train, it is a thriving community of people all enacting positive changes in their lives, and in their health. At No Quit Fit everybody is welcome, and despite your starting level of fitness or long-term goals, we’re your fitness ambassadors.

I’ve attended Chris’ classes for almost 10 years now. The workouts are great but what’s even better is the culture of positivity. There’s no pressure to work harder than you’re comfortable and Chris and the whole group are always cheering you on. It’s one of those activities that make you feel better about everything when you’re done. I’ve never left a class in a bad mood!

I was searching for a personal trainer online when I came across Chris and No Quit Fit. His website stuck out to me due to his military experience and ability to prep clients for similar environments. Chris responded quickly to my inquiry and agreed to help me on my journey to passing a fitness test required for my new job. In addition to his personal training services, I also attended the group classes 3 times a week. No Quit Fit is different because all the workouts are outside, year round, and it’s a tight knit community. Chris is extremely supportive, personable, and invested in his clients. There are people of all ages and abilities that attend the classes and every workout can be adapted to meet you where you are at with your fitness. Chris provides all equipment needed for the workouts as well. The workouts are unique, fun, and vary in format. We do team competitions, partner workouts, time based, rep based, and more. Chris is also very flexible with the personal training. Each week we would decide which days/times worked the best to meet with our schedules. Chris pushed me physically but also was a huge asset in helping me develop the mental strength I’ll need for my new career in law enforcement. He’s a huge proponent of staying focused on your goals, having a positive attitude, and enjoying the process. I couldn’t have gotten to where I am now without Chris and No Quit Fit. He really did change my life and I want to encourage others to try his program.

Chris is a friend of mine from the Air Force and I recently worked with him on breathwork to prepare for summiting Kilimanjaro. I did the 5-day Marangu Route which boasts a 50% failure rate due to acclimatization issues. Not only was I able to complete the route, I did so with absolutely zero altitude sickness and was far more prepared than the rest of the people that were on my tour. Chris' knowledge and experience in endurance events was extremely valuable and his coaching skills made all the difference in my climb. I would 100% recommend working with him.

I started No Quit Fit classes midway through the pandemic, when I thought I would go insane without a rigorous workout. Sure, I can run a mile or lift a few weights on my own at home, but I work 100x harder with this group of positive people. Chris is full of supportive energy, and I always go home feeling like I've really pushed myself. Also, it gets me outside in ALL weather, which is HUGE for me! I am a better human being because I am a part of this community.

I have been working out at No Quit Fit for several years, and I so enjoy the workouts and the camaraderie. The workouts are always challenging and build upon previous workouts to really enhance your functional fitness. Chris is always really encouraging and supportive because he wants to see you grow. Chris is an outstanding trainer, coach, and motivator, pushing you to your max in a supportive and friendly group fitness environment. No exercise equipment or experience needed, Chris provides it all, and the exercise routine changes each week. Workouts include both cardio and strength, delivering real fitness results for all types and fitness levels. Exercise outside with nature is a joy, and such a nice change up. I have been a part of the No Quit Fit community for over 6 years now and cannot recommend this class enough. I used to only run and had the opportunity to try a class at my job. I had never done any other workout besides running really, but progressively saw myself get stronger by only doing the NQF classes. This helped my running without me even noticing! Chris is encouraging, kind, & positive. Workouts are thought out meticulously to compliment one another. The outside year round aspect makes winters go by faster, I swear! Classes are fun, not competitive, yet challenge you to do things you may not think you can. I don’t think you can leave class without feeling strong, invigorated, and with a smile on your face. I would truly recommend this class to anyone, no matter fitness goals, level of experience, etc. Give it a try, you won’t regret it!

This is an incredible community of people, and that has everything to do with the leader. Chris clearly delights in being outdoors, is creative with his workouts, and genuinely cares about people and meeting them where they are at, challenging them to get to the next level. I have often felt so frustrated in the past by gyms either due to the toxic macho culture, or the toxic skinny culture, but NQF is different. I have stuck with this group for over 6 years, including through the pregnancy and birth of my third child. What you will get: positivity, challenge, variety, functional training, fresh air in all weather, and fun. What you won't get: any of the toxic stuff that comes with so many gyms out there. And as a bonus, somehow, Chris manages to make us all feel like we're the most important person to show up to his workouts. No Quit Fit is a real gem!

No quit fit has been one of the best places I've worked out, the programming is thought out, communication uplifting and motivational, and the group is fantastic!
No Quit Fir helped me train effectively to complete several all night endurance events, including their own mini event to psychologically prepare athletes for what was to come.
While my schedule makes it difficult to attend as often as I'd like now, I'm happy to consider my self a part of the No Quit family!

I have been working out at No Quit Fit for 7 years and I feel fortunate to have found this community. My fitness routines were limited to running and I needed something different and No Quit Fit was the perfect solution. The classes are challenging, fun, and provide a wide variety each time and deliver a full body workout without fail. My preference is to be outside with my workouts and the added element of weather during winter, spring, summer, and fall adds to the experience. On top of this the trainers have created an awesome environment for working out along with a community of great people. And I would add the trainers are the best I have worked with. If you are looking to mix up your workout routine, try something different, or a compliment to things you are already doing I would highly recommend No Quit Fit.

I had been searching for years for the right group fitness class that was challenging, motivating, and would help move me towards my goals. NQF is all of the above and so much more. There is an intensity to every workout and they are always challenging. The best part of NQF aren't the sandbags, weighted balls, pipes, sledgehammers, it's the people who show up for class and the instructor, Chris. Chris is supportive, positive, and encouraging. This sets the tone for the entire group. We encourage each other to be better and to do better. You only have to look to the person next to you for motivation to keep going. Great group! No Quit Fit is the class I didn't know I needed! Everyone is so welcoming and Chris is SO encouraging and supportive. He pushes me when I doubt myself and challenges me to go outside my comfort zone (in a good way). Each person comes with their own goals and it's not competitive at all, which I love. As an endurance athlete I didn't work on strength much, but I can definitely tell it's helped me in all areas of my fitness and every day life. Try it once - you'll get hooked!

When I started NO QUIT FIT, I was feeling very blah and stuck mentally and physically. During COVID I wasn’t outside much and just was not feeling my best. The impact of NQF on my life has been so key to new found energy and motivation to eat cleaner, feel stronger and move more. Being outside for the workouts (rain or shine, cold or warm) was super rejuvenating! The energy in the classes is exactly what I needed. The group is so positive and welcoming. Chris specifically, has a great way of motivating without being harsh or too tough. Chris is awesome - when motivation fails to get me to class, knowing his energy will change my mood is just what I need to get into the car. So happy I joined. You won’t regret it.

As an older woman who used to work out because I felt I should I must say since I've been going to No Quit Fit classes I have learned how to work out efficiently for better results and for fun! I don't know how many times I've been doing something around the house, not sure I could but tried and have said "thank you, No Quit Fit!" because I could. Their classes working outside year round with such an uplifting, inspiring group of people have changed my life. Caution....will be habit forming!!

I have been attending No Quit Fit with a group from work for over 6 years. I have worked out since I was 18 years old doing a variety of workouts (30+ Years). It was not until I joined No Quit Fit that I started to see the results I had been working for since I was 18. I am happy to say that my 24 year old son is always asking for my ab workout so he can have abs like mine. I happily credit No Quit Fit for this. Chris and Sarah provide us with incredible workouts every single time and their encouragement and dedication to each of us is immeasurable. I am eternally grateful for these two amazing people who have devoted their time and energy to making us the best we can be. Thank you!!

My son took the kids No Quit Fit class through Roseville parks. It was right up his alley and he makes obstacle courses out of each park he goes to. I have been hoping for more kid activities through No Quit Fit, the instructors are tremendous!
