Such a wonderful and clean place. My trainer Alex always seems to know exactly what I need to do so I can continue to be mobile while also helping teach techniques to decrease my pain. Also things I can change in my diet to help me with weight and or muscle. He is able to help anyone.

Alex is fabulous. He pushes/challenges me . He knows when I can be pushed even when I don’t want to or don’t think I can. Usually surprises me.
He is a good advisor in all sorts of life aspects not just workouts and eating well.
