Our Treadmill sessions are 60 minutes in length. Each athlete will receive direct instruction from a professionally trained coach standing “3” feet away. The front of the treadmill is equipped with an industrial mirror that allows the athlete to see themselves and apply the proper mechanics being taught.
The Blade Treadmill from Woodway is the ideal training equipment for all levels of skaters. Ranging from the Beginner to the Seasoned Professional, “The Blade” promotes stride efficiency, development and endurance. It is the ultimate machine for developing technique and overall skating abilities.

Only real training gym in the twin ports. Bumper plates, Power bars, sleds, yoke, log, belt squat, sand bags, medicine balls, safety squat bar, deadlift platform, dummbells up to 100 pounds. All heavy duty stuff, mostly Rogue. Bunch of serious crossfitters, bunch of athletes, some strongmen and now some hockey players. First come first serve music selection. 24 hour key fob access, never manned. Everything necessary for a serious weightlifter except for cable crossover machine.
