A Hidden Gem on the Northside of MPLS! This place has the best of the best ready to offer their expertise to whoever wants to learn the basics of training and boxing.The Gym is Top Tier with all the equipment for attendees to access. They offer food to the participants after training, and wow shout to the Chef that provides the best tasting food and healthy snacks. I really am appreciative and thankful that my children are able to be a part of this program.

I’m a Mother of a couple members and I will say for the most part i had always been leaning towards them being good with children, but just lately I HAVE NOTICED there was lots of inconsistency & sketchiness with them feeding the children and turning some hungry children away due to not doing a sufficient amount of exercise, this is according to the young WOMAN they have put over the kitchen, she helps the guys prep the food! (I guess)and SHE also makes the decision if they have worked out enough for her to serve them some food🤔 Also with some of the wording she has used to turn them away could be considered not so nice! 😔I personally could not ever turn a hungry child away, less known if there a member of my establishment, but everyone is different! At least give them a chance to redeem them selves or something😩BROKE my heart I even started to donate a couple hundred bucks to the kitchen, but I was not sure if that would actually solve the problem for theses babies.🥹Other than that I have seen some good things out of the guys that help teacher and care for the children! Also the managers are patient & respectful and seem to do there part as far as listening and trying to defuse issues!

I think this is a good place, my bus come here everyday when I go to school, i’ve always wanted to learn how to do boxing, i’ve Learned a little only, but i’m A pretty tough teen just to say, barely nobody can beat me in boxing.
