My two girls have been attending gymnastics here and absolutely love it! The owners are wonderful—so welcoming and truly invested in the kids—and the coaches are fantastic with the little ones. They make the classes fun, encouraging, and supportive, which keeps my girls excited to come back each week. We couldn’t be happier with the experience!

This place is amazing if you’re thinking about taking your child do it! The instructors did an awesome job with my daughter. We decided to change only because my daughter wants to go full gymnastics but if you love dance space gymnastics, you won’t find a better place.

A great place to raise your kid as a true gymnast. The owners and directors, Natasha and Svetlana, and all the coaches care about each gymnast, they create lots of opportunities for the kiddos to shine. My daughter used to go to a different gym and we transferred her here, that was the best decision ever. Although we drive 35 min, it is all worth. Special thanks to coach Dana for being an amazing human being and a very professional coach.

I cannot say enough about the high quality coaching, the excellent communication, and the supportive atmosphere my daughter has experienced with Northwest. The expert coaching team has helped my daughter grow as a rhythmic gymnast in skill, strength and flexibility-- but best of all, the coaches have helped her grow in confidence. Competitive rhythmic gymnastics is a difficult and challenging sport but Natalia, Sveta, and Dana are among the elite in the area. They care about the girls and their success. I recommend Northwest wholeheartedly!

My daughter so badly wanted to try rhythmic gymnastics, and we are very pleased we found Northwest Rhythmic. The coaches care about the well-being of their students, and do a great job encouraging the athletes without putting undue pressure on them. They also reinforce with parents that we should support our gymnasts, while honoring their independence as they make decisions on how dedicated they want to be in the sport. My daughter accepts and understands that the pace she chooses and the number of hours she wishes to train carves a path to how quickly or gradually she progresses. The coaches have matched her training pace with her skill progression and physical abilities accordingly.
The training is rigorous, but the coaches do a great job of challenging the students to do their best while still having fun. We have been so pleased with the support our daughter gets, not only through the staff, but her teammates and parents as well. We can't say enough about our experience. It has exceeded our expectations.

Our family has been with Northwest Rhythmic for the past 8 years. We tried other rhythmic gymnastics schools in Twin Cities area - and with full confidence we can say that this is the best school in MN. They offer wide range of programs like no any other school in the area, their coaches are highly professional and caring, thier classes are well organized. Our girls love going to this place and call it their second home. Our oldest daugter rediscovered her love for the sport of rhythmic gymnastics after very negative and frustrating experience in other school. We are very happy here:)

My daughter has gone to Northwest Rhythmic for over six years, and I must say that the coaches are professional, effective and dedicated to working with the girls to not only develop their rhythmic gymnastics skills (which they excel at) but also promote team building, confidence, strength and character.
We feel a personal commitment to our daughter's progress from each of the coaches, and know that she is learning discipline, courage, and the power of perseverance with each and every class.
The dedication is further appreciated because my daughter has Autism and Anxiety, and I've struggled to find a place that could accommodate her special needs. The coaches, even before we knew my child's diagnosis, found ways to support her and connect with her needs at an individual level and help her connect with this beautiful sport and feel comfortable with her skill development. Whether you're interested in national competitions or just recreational physical activity, or anywhere in between, you'll feel a sense of community, commitment and kindness with this group.
I have nothing but high praise for the amazing team we have worked with for so many years, and for the community that we've connected with through the families that have continued with this program. Other girls who have transferred to this program have found it superior for its commitment to teamwork, individualized instruction and dedication to finding ways to support the further athleticism and graceful practice for each child who comes to Northwest Rhythmic. I cannot say enough how much we have appreciated this program and the impact it's made on my child and our family.

I sent a simply inquire to do the free trial for my daughter who will be 3 next month and the response I received was incredibly condescending, but their gender discrimination of young children was apalling. Based off that response I won't even consider bringing my children. Based off other reviews I have read, it seems employees treat paid customers as poorly as those inquiring.

I wish we could give this place zero stars. First off, many of the "5 stars" are from people that work there. This was one of the worst experiences I've ever had and I was horrified that I subjected my 10 year old daughter to this place. My daughter really enjoys dance and wanted to find a gymnastics program that she could attend once a week to increase flexibility. The "Head Coach" was really curt with me and explained that they could not have someone there that "is not dedicated" and that "we did not belong there" and that she "could not help" me. If that was it, I would've been able to handle that; however, it wasn't. She proceeded to tell me that dance was not a sport and that it was "monkey business" - she said that to me about four times in an abrasive tone. By this time, my daughter was already off with the group for her first free session - in hindsight, I should've left. The group eventually gathered to do warm ups and conditioning on the floor in front of the parents. The Head Coach was rude and treated all the girls poorly. She would single out girls and asked them if they wanted to be a loser because they weren't trying hard enough. I finally pulled my daughter from the class early and felt disturbed at the tone, words and way that this woman chose to lead her group!! We will never be back, nor will I ever refer this place to anybody!!!
