Nutrition Spot is a local shake shop in the town of Sauk Rapids, MN. Located near Jimmy’s Pour House & Walgreens in downtown Sauk Rapids. Nutrition Spot is a great place for anyone who is looking for a fast, healthy alternative for the on-the-go lifestyle!
We offer over seventy different flavors of meal replacement shakes that are all between 200-300 calories, +24g protein, 24 vitamins and minerals. We also offer healthy energizing tea's, and soothing aloe shots!

Standing room only when on a Saturday morning. 3 gals worked very fast, one cleaning, one blending and one teas, service was friendly and music playing helped the atmosphere be almost festive. Love the wall of successful people reach their fitness goals¡!!!! The vibe is all about support here! Loved my smoothie and tea I tried. Will most definitely be back! Great business.

This place is just a front for selling Herbalife, one of the worst MLM companies out there. There’s zero science to back up the claims behind any of these products, and there have been case studies of people experiencing liver and kidney damage after consuming Herbalife products.
