Absolutely recommend ONX + Amelia | Northeast! Katie and the team were extremely kind & helpful, and Lauren is an incredible instructor. There’s a strong sense of community within the studio and Power Yoga was a great workout.

i took a candlelit sunday night class and loved it! i was nervous coming in for the first time but felt at ease as soon as i stepped through the doors. the space was very clean, safe, and (bonus) smelled good. everyone at class was also very kind. music choice was fitting, and the instructor held a very soothing tone which kept the atmosphere calm. there are lockers, bathrooms, and showers available for student use. thank you for a wonderful first class!

Wonderful space-the instructor/Amelia created a warm, loving container in which she asked us to be present yet still push on our own limitations. Thank you

ONX is more than a yoga studio—it’s a sanctuary. And Amelia, the founder, is a force of grace. Trauma-informed, spiritually grounded, and deeply embodied, she holds space with the kind of presence that makes you feel safe, seen, and supported from the moment you walk through the door.
As I arrive in Minnesota with fresh energy, bringing my family home and opening a ceremonial healing space—Third Eye HOM—it’s a blessing to find a community like this. ONX reflects the kind of conscious culture we’re cultivating: rooted, relational, and real.
Thank you, Amelia, for doing the work with such integrity. Honored to cross paths and excited to co-create in this next chapter of healing and wholeness in the Twin Cities. ✨

I am a beginner in the arena of taking workout classes. I've attended 3 different classes at this location and each one has been AMAZING! As a newcomer to ONX + Amelia and to MPLS in general, I have felt so welcomed. At each class, other patrons and team members have been so inclusive and helpful. Finally, I had the joy of taking a free yoga class with Amelia, and I swear that was therapeutic. She was incredible. If you have any interest, follow your gut and visit ONX + Amelia!

I love ONX + Amelia! I usually go to the St. Paul location but I’ve recently been attending classes in NE. It’s awesome! I love the space, the instructors and the healing energy they create.
Also, I loved the free yoga class taught in Spanish by Mariyam! She created a welcoming community space that I am excited to return to. This was my first practice in Spanish and it was awesome! I believe these occur on the first Sunday of the month. Thank you ☺️

As a ClassPasser, I have been lucky to sample many studios around the metro. It was O+A Saint Paul that changed my mental (and physical) health most notably. Instructors assiduously plan classes, coordinate perfect playlists, offer alignment cues for safety and are anything BUT generic! Just when I thought they couldn’t improve upon perfection, the NE studio opened.
This beautiful stone mill has been reborn a modern spacious facility. It effortlessly shifts from intimate sound bath workshops to inventive hot yoga flows into a powerful gym atmosphere for HIIT classes. The energy is everything!
Thank you O+A for being welcoming to all; offering community classes along with fresh and exciting pop up experiences. Congrats on making magic happen over and over again! We are better because of you.

Had a poor experience here, classes are expensive and yet they pack you in like sardines where you have no room to actually move and they run out of weights. Would be worth the money if they capped how many people can take certain classes so that those who pay actually can participate in a safe way. Also not the most welcoming staff at the front desk.
Edits: I appreciate the response, the reason I mentioned concern over the crowding is that some people in the class (myself and my neighbors included) had difficulty doing some of the movements that require more space (ie lateral squats) due to having people surrounding us within inches, therefore poor body ergonomics are promoted. Even if 5:30 is a popular time it is still in the interest of the greater good to cap classes for client safety and comfort, on a first come first serve basis. Being in such a crowded class made it difficult to see the instructor demos, impossible to read the board with such small writing and people surrounding it, and difficult to hear anything. I enjoyed the movements but just have some ideas for improving client experience!

I absolutely love the vibes here at the new O+A location. I have been going to the St. Paul location for years and was so excited for the owners to open up a new location! The classes are fantastic, the staff care about you, and there is a class for everyone (at any fitness level). I would highly recommend!

Best new spot in NE! Staff was welcoming from start to finish. Took Cydne’s Power Flow! She gave adjustments to align me to enjoy a safe practice. I’ll be back

This is where the Magic is at in Minneapolis. WOW!!! As a founding member of the Onx + Amelia Saint Paul, I have witnessed the Team + Community grow and expand since the beginning. I attended a Monday evening candlelight 7 pm yoga class. The area is absolutely lovely, Aster Cafe, Cobble Stone road, along the Mississippi River with Minneapolis Sky lights in the background. Parking was accessible. The space is magnetic with the comforts of a fitness studio from beginning to end, offering a superior experience. All the feels. This community is rooted in Love, Integrity, Love, Authenticity, Inclusivity, Etc…Love love love the Sister NE Studio. Bravo Bravo!

There’s a reason why so many people from the Saint Paul Onx + Amelia location made the drive here day 1. The instructors are incredible! It’s a great space and parking doesn’t suck (this was my biggest concern).
