I’ve been going to Orangetheory fitness for the last three months, honestly I’ve seen such a change in improvement in my strength and endurance.

Everyone is really upbeat , encouraging and there to help you. This has made a huge impact on me.
The first two weeks were really hard because I hadn’t worked out in many years.
Years ago I was working out 6 to 7 days a week and kickboxing so I thought it’d be easy to pick up again.
Starting again was not easy- it was intense going from zero to a strong workout. I felt very weak but because of their team I didn’t get discouraged.

I’ve been going every week for the last few months and I can’t believe the changes I’ve seen. I feel better , healthier and stronger. I can lift my daughter and niece at the same time easily.

I’m excited to see where I’m at in another few months.

I joined Orange Theory earlier this year and so thankful I did. I was hesitant at first since I didn’t have a lot of confidence in my exercise experience but the friendly coaches, staff and other members welcomed me and I quickly became comfortable.

Coach Jessie is one of the best! She motivates and encourages you to do your best and grow. I appreciate that she cares deeply for the members of the gym. It is comforting working out with Jessie as my coach because I know that she will correct me if I’m doing something incorrect.

I went in to try a class. The people were easy to talk to and knowledgeable about what they offer and how things worked. The trainer was helpful and encouraging. Definitely going back for more classes. I have since increased my plan to allow for more classes. The coaches have been great as I am always pushed and encouraged. When my back was pulled they helped me find some alternate exercises as needed. Highly recommend this place if you want a coach led exercise program.

Uodate: 1.5 years in as a member and I still love it. Coach Jessie is amazing. She encourages you, pushes you, and will help correct your form so you won't hurt yourself. Do a consult with her and she will help you when more!

I love this place so much for getting a great workout and just feeling good about myself for an hour! I can’t express how nice EVERYONE is, all the coaches Beraiah, Nicole, Patrick, and Katelyn and Tanya the manager are just so wonderful. I was so intimated to start working out again, and I have felt nothing but support and ease at each session. If you’re just starting out or have been a gym goer for years you will find something to love. It’s been my favorite workout when it comes to going to studios.

Previous review: I’ve been an unlimited member since July 2021. Coach Cole, Trevor, and Kenny are all amazing and helpful! I have never had a bad class and look forward to each and every class I attend. I finally found a gym that isn’t a chore to make time for but is enjoyable, fun, and addicting! The ladies at the front desk are so sweet and kind. Overall, this gym is spacious, clean, with plenty of classes offered for even the busiest of schedule. I‘be never been healthier and stronger in my life! Many thanks to the coaches and the science behind OTF!

The upper management is terrible. They have a huge turnover rate and don't care for their employees. The workouts are okay but their coaches and front staff constantly change. I feel bad for their employees as I know a lot of them love the fitness industry.

Love this studio! I’ve tried others and this one is so spacious. Instructors are great and motivating, workouts are hard but giving me great results! The Lift 45 classes have been a nice addition to change up my routine, and love the format of the classes.

Energetic coaches keep workouts fun. The workouts change daily to keep boredom away, which is something I struggled with using at-home programs. In the classes we usually focus on a few minutes of work at a time which makes the hard stuff feel doable & the hour flies by. The ability to schedule out keeps me accountable so if I don't feel like working out, all I have to do is show up & I end up having a great time. Staff is friendly & welcoming. Highly recommend!

In July of this year one of my friends convinced me to try Orange Theory for at least just the two free classes. I was really nervous because I got injured almost 4 years ago and mostly I was only able to do physical therapy and light working out for those first three years. At the beginning of this year I was able to start lifting a little heavier thanks to a physical therapist I found. So I tried the class, I was really nervous, but I was so glad that I did. The first class went so well! It already had me thinking about joining. It wasn’t until a month later that I did my second class. I got too busy, but that entire month I thought about Orange Theory almost every day. After the second class I knew that if I didn’t join I would regret it! Since joining I upgraded my eight classes a month, to unlimited classes a month. I go to the 2G workouts and I go to the lift45 workouts. I can’t believe I can say that I am running and sprinting again!! Today I hit another PR! I ran at 6.2 mph out of 5% incline. I’ve never done that in my entire life! I like how Orange Theory really has a scientific method to helping you become healthier, stronger, and lose weight. The coaches keep you energized and motivated to keep pushing in the uncomfortable times. You are only competing against yourself, but it feels like the whole room has your back and they are inspiring you the entire time. If anybody were to ask me if they should try Orange Theory, my answer would be heck yes!I Try at least one class. You will not regret it!

Great workouts in an environment that is welcoming and inclusive to all fitness levels! Coach's are great at communicating throughout the class as well as you can contact the gym via text or call anytime. The app is also fantastic and has options to add your classes to your personal calendar on your phone. If you're looking for a gym with group fitness classes to help you keep on track look no further!

I had the best time here! The trainers and staff are just phenomenal! I have had a lot of times at other gyms where I felt super uncomfortable. However, this is not the case for Orange Theory. I felt nothing but support and encouragement from every person that worked there as well as some of the others that worked out with me! It is definitely worth it if you want a safe space to get fit.

I was worried I'd be intimidated by the workouts. I was so pleased the way the coaches frame the workouts. Everyone is working just as hard but it may look different. The heart rate monitors are an awesome tool to target my intensities and keep me on track. They actively provide modifications to make the floor exercises harder or easier. The directions are easy to follow. The coaches even know my name.

Terrible communication, takes days even weeks to get a problem solved on your account regarding errors done to your card after calling and texting about them multiple times, still have not gotten the problem resolved 4 days later... Not one to complain or post bad reviews but this is just awful and happened multiple times not just to me but other previous members too.. Coaches are great, but financial and communications side needs alot work...

Wow -
I overheard my Roomate in tears talking to a woman on speaker being very disrespectful and condescending to her. Even after advising her to not speak to her in a demeaning tone this woman she spoke to continued. As a people of minority communities we continue to fight these types of people in every facet of our lives. I’m personally contacting orange theory franchise owners to make sure these mistakes don’t happen to people like my friend!!!!
