This place has been a wonderful introduction to Minneapolis. The people who run this location are warm, welcoming, and always happy to walk through the door. The instructors are top notch, encouraging, and keep the atmosphere playful and light while you’re making your way through a challenging workout. Can’t say enough good things! ❤️

Great location. Friendly staff. Equipment is well maintained. Parking is fairly easy for an urban environment.

Update 2025: This location is under new ownership. The pride flag that had been up in the lobby, for many years, was taken down by the new owners as they believe it’s “too controversial”.

First time at this studio. Good atmosphere. Coach Jimmy had great energy even though it was a smaller class. Awesome way to start the day.

I am so happy I made the switch from Alchemy 365 to Orange Theory Fitness. I can see and feel the difference after 2 weeks. This is hands down the best group fitness in the city. I love that they have a mix of cardio and strength training and also offer the strength training only class. The instructors are all amazing! I haven't met them all yet, but so far, Kirk is my favorite but every coach is AMAZING! He has a blackbelt in corny jokes, and I'm here for it. The energy, communication, and motivation they all bring to every class is amazing. There are times when I don't want to be there, but their energy is contagious, and I'm happy I made it. The front desk staff bring the same energy. The manager Tatiana runs a well oiled machine and makes you feel like family. The staff is always happy to see you and make you feel like you're amongst friends. I appreciate the 5 minute rule. No one is allowed to enter the room 5 minutes after the class has started. So be on time. There is nothing more annoying than trying to get my workout in and having to explain to a late person how to do things. Every class starts out with a warm up and proper technique demonstrations. This ensures a safe workout.
I definitely recommend trying the free class. It will change your life.

I have asked them many times to cancel my membership and they continue to send me warning emails daily. Just another scam culture place that want money no matter what.

If you're looking for a workout that gets results and a community that supports you, look no further than Orangetheory Fitness North Loop!

Kirk's (head coach) infectious enthusiasm that keeps you motivated (his guidance on my form was instrumental, almost like personal training) to challenging workouts that pushed me to new limits.

Shoutout to Kyle for his positive vibes and Morgan and Jimmy for their personalised guidance – they all helped maximise my results.

Orangetheory North Loop isn't just a gym; it's a supportive community that celebrates your victories, big and small. From Meg and Jamie’s friendly greetings at the front desk to Tatiana’s supportive management, everyone plays a role in creating this well-rounded welcoming environment.

If you're ready to challenge yourself and achieve your fitness goals, this is the place to be!

I’m extremely impressed by the level of passion and education Coach Kirk provided and Jamie at the front desk was so nice and really helpful. I’ve never had a class like it! I came from out of town for work and OTF North Loop will be my #1 stop whenever I’m back in town.

One of the only studios in the metro area that enforces their five minute policy. I literally pay for membership for unlimited classes and I was in the doors by 5:34. I get it if classes are full and people are waiting, but that wasn’t the case.

Is it just me, or is it a weird policy to punish your customers for something they pay for? 🤷Canceled my membership immediately.

I’ve been a member with OTF since 2018 and never had issues with the “5 min grace period” until today. I was at the studio at 5:32 and had to change and was not allowed to go into the class. The class was not waitlisted, there were tons of open spots left and I was not able to go in the class. This is extremely poor way of treating your members and managing a business, which is already not even booked out.

I tried to come in for my first class today. Parking is very difficult so I made it in just as the class was starting. The girl at the desk was unhelpful and told me she wouldn't help unless I was there 15-20 min early. She didn't even give me any information on what to expect if I come back.

What a unique OTF! Stunning views from the studio, such an urban vibe! I love that I can visit any OTF when travel away from my home studio in Houston. I had a phenomenal experience here from start to finish! The front desk staff was so inviting! Coach Greg was so passionate, motivating and energetic! I highly recommend this location!

I was visiting Minneapolis from DC this weekend and stopped in for a class with Kyle and he was AMAZING! I’ve been doing OT for over 4 years and he is definitely one of the best coaches I’ve ever had. He was so engaged with every member during the workout and kept me super motivated. Erin was also very helpful and sweet as could be. I hope to be back soon! Thanks Kyle and Erin!

Great workout and great trainers. Everyone's very nice and it's very clean. I wish they had more merchandise that included the location name (I'm from Iowa) and would love to collect different location merchandise.

I go to OTF in Dallas, but visited this studio while here and loved it! Shoutout to coach Alisha, she was very hospitable and made me feel right at home!

I enjoyed the industrial aesthetic of the studio, it was very spacious compared to studios that I’m used to.

The studio was also well-staffed and the studio assistants had a positive attitude.

Overall, great experience! :)

This is an awesome place to succeed at your fitness goals. As a new mom of two, I have been struggling to get my body back into shape. The workouts are perfect and the community is very inspiring. This studio has a high level of integrity to make sure it is pandemic safe. Kelsey and team make sure to be encouraging, fun, and supported in all your fitness needs. Only downfall about this gym is parking.

I was visiting from my home OTF studio and the staff at the North Loop made this an easy and welcoming experience. They sent me an online form to fill out so I wouldn't have to do paperwork at the studio and I was already assigned a station when I arrived which I really liked.

The staff at the desk were extremely friendly as I entered, when I was there and thanked me for visiting when I left.

The studio is spacious with 15 stations in each area of the room where many studios are limited with 12 to 14. It's a beautiful Orangetheory, one of my top 3 of the 15+ I have visited. Again love the fact that you don't feel cramped in this studio, very well laid out.

If I lived or worked closer I would highly consider switching to this studio. The only thing I didn't love was paying for parking but such is life in a downtown setting. If you live near here I'd highly consider joining. I have been doing OTF for over 4 years and it's the best. Thanks again!
