will echo the sentiments of all the other reviews here. I am so thankful to have this amazing studio and its wonderful instructors so close to home! The instructors are knowledgeable, kind, and great at meeting you where you are—no judgment, just encouragement. This was really important to me as someone who is new to Pilates. I have never felt like I had to “look” a certain way to belong here. It’s a safe, inclusive space where you can build strength, confidence, and connection to your body at your own pace. If you are “Pilates-curious,” this is the perfect place to start.

Two years ago I suffered a severe back injury leaving me completely numb down my entire left side. I have PT’d and gotten myself to a place where I wanted to try Pilates. After only one month my balance is improving, my core is getting stronger and the BEST part is for the first time in 2 years I have sensation and my numbness has lessened! I was intimidated to start, but M & M have truly helped me feel confident and help modify exercises to fit my rehab process! THANK YOU!

I have been an athlete since middle school. I am an avid runner and before starting pilates was practicing Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu. After quitting Jiu-Jitsu, I was looking for a workout that was both challenging and could improve my flexibility and strength. I have been doing Pilates for a month now at Pilates Elevated and have seen real change in both the way I look and feel. Melissa, Michelle and Andrea are all great instructors that structure creative workouts that can be adjusted to be harder or easier depending on where a particular individual is at physically. My boyfriend started pilates at Pilates Elevated with me. He is a strong guy and these workouts challenge him too. He says that there are areas of his body that are being worked that his traditional weights/cardio workouts are not getting at. Pilates Elevated will meet you wherever you are at physically now and take you to the next level.

I absolutely love this studio. I have had Melissa she’s so great I love a teacher that corrects you throughout the class so you get the most out of it. I highly recommend for any level you can make it as hard or as easy.

So glad to find this gem of a new studio in Mound! Melissa, Michelle & Andrea are all really great instructors and they each offer such happy and fun classes! The studio is soothing and inviting. When arriving the studio is light and bright & welcoming with lovely energy and design elements. Plenty of space to sit and change out of shoes and into grippies. The classes are challenging and yet very therapeutic! Just what I’m looking for! I have been taking classes here for a few weeks now and signed up for the unlimited membership! I try to take reformer 4-5 days a week for health, fitness and to improve my mobility & range of motion from old injuries.

This is such an amazing asset to the mound community! The owners are so nice. The classes are great and extremely challenging, while also able to modify to where you’re at. The community here is awesome, and everyone is so friendly. This is my first week, but I’ll definitely be making this a long term thing. In my Pilates girl era 💁🏼‍♀️

Went to my first class last week and cannot recommend it enough! The studio is gorgeous -- bright and airy, open and welcoming. Very easy to get to with tons of parking, which is a must-have for me. Michelle was an awesome instructor. Being a newbie, I was able to ask questions and she made it fun and easy to understand each posture / movement. The class was challenging in a really good way -- the time flew by. Hoping to make this a regular part of my routine and I'm excited to try one of Melissa's classes too. Mound is very lucky to have this gem in town!

Love this new Pilates studio! They offer a great low impact workout that meets you where you’re at and challenges you to get stronger. The studio is fresh and clean with wonderful and knowledgeable instructors. Class goes by so fast as the instructors keep each workout new and fun.

The best workout you’ll ever have! Melissa and Michelle are incredible, professional, knowledgeable and friendly owners/instructors. I’ve seen huge improvements in my strength, muscle tone and even my mood and mental health since joining. The westonka area is SO lucky such a great pilates studio is now in our community!

I LOVE THIS STUDIO! Almost more than the YUM YUM sauce at Benihana. The atmosphere is beautiful. It’s open, inviting, and every piece of equipment is high quality. The instructors are also personable and easy to talk to. Kind of like that favorite school teacher you had that loved their job and all of their students.

I’ve been doing Pilates for 7 years, and this studio definitely takes the cake.
