Sessions are tailored to support any sport, hobby, or movement goal, blending strength, mobility, and nervous system regulation. I had never taken a Pilates class before, and Cate was incredibly welcoming, professional, and kind. She explained everything clearly and demonstrated a deep knowledge of Pilates. I really appreciated how she used examples to help me understand each movement and made sure I felt safe and comfortable the entire time. Cate made my first Pilates experience a great one! I learned so much and truly enjoyed the session. I highly recommend her!

I don’t know where to begin with how much I value Cate. I went to her to improve my form and function in Pilates. I walked away with so much more. She explained how things worked and why it was important to do things while recognizing that sometimes our bodies don’t do what we want. She is patient, funny, nonjudgmental, wicked smart and has THE best analogies to help you visualize what you are doing. You can’t go wrong with Cate no matter what your goals.

I came to Cate while training for an ultramarathon. I’d never really focused on mobility or recovery work before, and I didn’t realize how much of a difference it could make.
