About the Club

Low back pain? Tight hamstrings? Pilates can help.

Pilates Please MSP is a boutique Pilates studio serving men, women, and athletes of all ages. Increased core strength, flexibility and mobility are all possible with PIlates.

We cater to athletes who are interested in a complement to their current training programs or are recovering from injury. We welcome golfers who are interested in maintaining core strength and flexibility.

Currently offering private and semi-private lessons by appointment only.

Kathy's pilates sessions offer a great mix of strength, mobility, core strengthening and muscle coordination work. Fun sessions in a clean, cozy studio. Kathy does a very nice job planning the session... including her music playlists! A very enjoyable experience and a good pilates workout. If you live in SW Minneapolis or NE Edina it is a very convenient location, recommend giving it a try.

I highly recommend Pilates Please MSP to anyone looking for excellent pilates instruction in a private setting. I have worked with a number of pilates instructors and Kathy is a total standout on many levels: command of the methodology; attention to proper form; super clear communication and a focused, supportive teaching style.
When I leave a session with her, I can feel what few abs I have! Kathy also incorporates stretching into her instruction, which is a unique bonus. Pilates Please is a fantastic addition to my fitness routine. Kathy makes it easy and fun - looking forward to more Pilates Please!!
