I love love love this facility. I'm from the BLA and have tried two other local gyms. Neither can compare the cleanliness, the welcoming staff and quality of the machines. I've been coming for a month now, the hardest part of the journey, and I must say the overall vibe keeps me determined. If you're looking for a great gym, affordable and helpful personal. This is the place.

I must add, if you are deciding between the regular membership or the black card. The black card is absolutely worth it.

I literally have never had a more horrific experience with a business in my life. The manager is HORIBBLE, the gym is disgusting and falling apart. They leaked personal information and then refused to answer my calls when I attempted to resolve the issue. If you join at this location they will lie, cheat, and steal from you as often as they can. They do not have a direct corporate complaint process so when you attempt to escalate an issue they ignore your calls.

Duct tape to hold the on/off button on the standing tanning booth is lacking. One of the showers out of order. One of the hydro beds broken. Shorter lady at front desk is truly unfriendly. All across the country (literally) our experience with PF counter staff has been smiles, "welcome", and "have a good day". Not here. Music too loud. Otherwise nice facility.

Absolute poor management! I've contacted managers, regional managers even; about the ongoing cleanliness issues that seem to plague this place. Dirty bathrooms, dirty showers, dirty changing stalls, dirty lockers! I mean hire a cleaning crew if it beyond your employees and management to clean and mop! It quickly becoming my happy place.
The staff are super courteous and friendly. The facility is very clean. And boy do I love the Hydramassage after walking 3 miles and doing Lat pulls. I've been a member since mid may 2023. I've only lost 10 stubborn lbs but, I keep reminding myself, this is a Journey, not a Sprint.

I joined the Lewis center club and the manager Kevin has kicked me out a few different times unfairly. Today he asked me to leave because of my shoes. I was wearing cross trainning shoes but because he didn't see laces he called them slippers. Well, the manufacture calls them training shoes, and I've hiked, ran, cycled, and worked out in these "slippers" for years without any issues until today. I have worked out in this gym for several months I don't understand how this place calls itself a gym. Enough is enough

I have been a member of this gym for nearly two years and it is one of the better gyms that I have been to. It’s very user friendly and great for casual weight lifters that just want to stay fit. I would recommend that this gym can post more tutorials of various fitness routines on the wall like other gyms. That will be very helpful. The gym also has great music too!

I've cancelled, staff seems to not want to be there, the tanning machines buttons are ripped off so you cant change settings, the floor in tanning rooms are usually always dirty and bins are always full, its sad to see because this place was so nice to use, especially when it was 24/5 and we could workout at night and early morning, but now they close for "cleaning" which anyone can tell is not happening.

A wide variety of exercise machines, friendly staff, and a lowkey atmosphere pretty much any time of day. People are personable but still do their own thing, leaving you plenty of space to do yours. It's the ideal balance of community and solitude in my humble opinion; I never feel judged or pressured to "perform" for the person one treadmill over from me. They have a lovely spa area you can upgrade to if that's your thing. I can't see myself needing or wanting another fitness center.

I joined for the convenience and the cost. I figured a decent workout, tanning and massage options included it was a good deal. I immediately want to take advantage of their trainer helping me develop my own fitness plan and schedule a meeting. I get notified the day of the meeting that the trainer is out sick and will need to reschedule, no big deal, I get it. Reschedule for the following a week. I take public transit and end up at the are of the gym a hour ahead of time and decide to kill the time with a much needed haircut. Realizing I may be a few minutes late, I give a call to make them aware and suggest if my friend (scheduled for just after me) shows up first it would be okay to swap out appointments and I would be right over. I am then informed the trainer is out again today, although neither my friend not I was contacted to let us know. We've been going to the gym and periodically checking with staff on the status of getting a plan setup and have yet to get anything scheduled. The manager is a certified trainer but it isn't within his current position to help with this. Not even as a temp stand in. So we are just stuck at this point. Still working out, but if the service is offered it would be awesome to be able to use it.

Depending on what time you go. However may I suggest they have some kind of dress code. Not working out in a sports bra or banana hammock when I have my daughter with. I just tan, not comfortable at all working out with "regulars" unless my husbands with :-) other than that, really clean lol
