I have been to several different PF’s because my boyfriend.and I leave several miles apart and we also travel alot. This by far is one of the nicest clubs! Nice equipment, very clean and the staff is very friendly and helpful. I was going to the Blaine location while in town but now I will drive the few extra miles the this location.

This is by far the cleanest and nicest planet fitness in the northern suburbs let alone possibly the whole twin cities area. The staff is always cleaning. The locker rooms are spotless. The staff is super kind and caring. The manager listens to your needs even when they don’t pertain to her specific club. I would recommend this specific location to anyone asking.

If I could give 0 star I will! The employee is thieves in here. Be careful guys! I lost my apple AirPods at their gyms specifically mine is no case just the AirPods itself. Called them on Saturday. The lady (staff) who pick up the phone says she found my AirPod and is as described “no case” I asked her to put my name down so no one took it. Due to my busy schedule of me I decided to pick up on Tuesday. Comeback with “is not here ”. I reached out to manager and she says “is nothing we can do”. I know is my false to lose stuff in there but it can happen. My problem is how can you found my stuff and give away to someone else or either you kept it yourself. Gross. I don’t appreciate your business. Beware that’s all I have to say.

The personal trainer Garret and the front desk worker Kathy really made my experience great! Two very nice and polite and understanding ppl that really know how to make it a comfortable environment. Garret treats ppl with the most respect and is very humble especially for being so buff and ripped. The workers there are great and I’ve had especially great experiences with Garret and Kathy!

This location especially has been one of my all time favorite gyms I’ve ever been to. It was always being cleaned while I was there. The staff and managers go above and beyond to help. Plus the classes are some of the best classes I’ve taken. When I had a medical issue freezing my account went smooth and easy and then I was able to return with the same comfortable atmosphere. Unfortunately I moved and there is not a location near me but they even made canceling my membership easy and stress free. I recommend this gym to anyone in the area. Especially if your a bit shy like me the environment was always friendly wether it be staff or other members.

I like the atmosphere, GM and her team strive for excellence and do not disappoint. What is not a correctly executed plan was allowing 14-19 year olds to work out with out any instruction. Failure to provide instruction can and will lead to irreparable damage to a young person's body. I spent about 60 minutes just last night "helping" some younger people to not get hurt. Maybe, get a tik tok star or youtube personality to show proper weight manipulation techniques. This will instill confidence as well as reduce possible exposure to litigation in the future.

Currently going to the YMCA in Andover and wanted to switch to Planet Fitness because it’s closer for me. I went in there looking to get a day pass/free trial as many other gyms offer this to let you try out their facility and win over your business. They told me they would follow me to a few machines so that I could try them out, but if I wanted to do a full workout I’d have to purchase a day pass. That’s crazy to me! I was ready to make the switch, but that just blew my mind!

Do not join this gym! I actually love the facility and staff but the manager is terrible. I have been getting charged twice a month for my membership. I called and the front desk lady informed me that, somehow my information was taken and created into a different account and it allowed the account to create because someone had changed one number in my phone number. This immediately raised a flag. I don't know how or who has my information that is linked to my card. I called and the manager said they credited my account for "4 months of a free membership". I said I need my money back to pay for bills which I was met by a very aggressive and bossy manager telling me that I do not need the money. She said "well it doesnt matter if we credit you now because it will take at least 8-10 business days to process" My account had gone negative due to all these charges and this is the response I got. I feel sick to my stomach. My information was taken by an employee, member, or stranger who then created a new account, using my card information and the manager told me it doesn't matter. So although this gym is great - Trainers are great - staff is great.....the manager is terrible. I only go to this gym specifically to work with the Trainer, Garrett who is fantastic but this has ruined my experience entirely.

I usually love Planet Fitness, but in this case they failed the customer service test.

I came in and wanted to upgrade to the Black Card, but they couldn't do it without a manager on site. I gave my information and they said a manager would reach out to me.

I still wanted to tan, and asked if there was literally anything I could do to still tan this evening. I was still denied.

So not only did I try to pay them more, but I was even willing to pay for a day pass, or anything, and was still denied. They're simply not willing to do anything for you even when you compromise everything to them.

Everything else, this gym is usually the bees knees. It just really bums me out when a business isnt willing to work with you despite attempting everything at that moment.

Garret is the reason Planet Fitness exists. Several of us have lost 30 pounds and gotten self esteem because of him. Rip off, I was an experience member. Visited the day the door closed and decided not to join. Manager Kathy told me no memberships transferred. 3 months later found they charged my CC $300 and won’t give me my money back. Owner Stephen Leslie told the manager only to refund $90. This site has a problem with so many people taking pictures/videos in the locker rooms. Also, management doesn't do anything about it especially when you repeatedly ask them to. The least you can do is put a sign in front of the locker room mirror stating "this is a no selfie zone" just like they have out on every mirror on the floor.

UPDATE: Nothing has really been done for the last month since asking them to put up more signage. Even contacted their "social team" as requested.

The owner, Kathy, was incredibly rude and dismissive. An employee had assured me that my membership was canceled, yet they kept charging me. One incident a member was on the workout area and was have loud phone call and Michelle calmly walk over and advised the phone usage on the gym floor. He toned it down a bit continually his call. Xperience fitness closed its doors without warning to its members as it was bought out by thus joke of a gym Planet Fitness across the street, where you can be kicked out if you make the least little noise or dress in a way that makes another member feel uncomfortable. What irks me the most is my banking info was transferred without my permission and a place I will never go to was going to take my money coming up on the 17th without my ok. I was told Xperience coin rapids wasn’t sustainable, no wonder, on any given day 2-4 people were standing behind the counter on there cell phones, people sitting at the computers without customers, one little guy was always meditating and the “manager” was a joke. The only person that was working was the cleaning lady.

A couple of things about this gym; the staff is friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. The gym is clean and the staff is on it. There is a variety of equipment and workout sections for different schedules and needs. I appreciate the crowd meter because I can decide what time of day works best for me. Today, I tried the Hydromassage for the first time, and let me tell you... The Hydromassage is such a great part of the membership. I'm disappointed that I never tried it before. You can customize it to target the part of the body you want/need to focus on. You can adjust the speed and pressure and even change target areas throughout. They have plenty of available chairs/beds to meet your needs. I highly recommend this massage, especially post-workout.

I like the variety of machines and other equipment such as dumbbells, resistance bands, infinity bands, kettle bells and medicine balls.

My only complaint is not having free weight barbells. I am not a fan of the Smith Machines as I feel they are limiting. I understand why Planet Fitness has them. I just don't care for them much and could be the reason I look for another gym.
