We joined a month ago and it’s been such a good experience. The staff is great~ especially Blake. The areas are always clean and I actually see them clean as I work out. They are always so friendly and helpful. I don’t like working out at clubs, but PF has changed that for me!

First time at this establishment. I'm a Black Member so I travel for work which is convenient. All the latest machines with new technology, clean stations, locker rooms, etc. Very tidy establishment. Friendly staff. Will return again.

I really like Planet Fitness! I want to exercise when I go there. I like the many location availability so I can drop by on the way to grocery, to work, and in between appointments. Hydro massage is included, and it provides a perfect finish to the exercise.

Good atmosphere. Very friendly and helpful team. The gym area and lockers are always clean and in perfect shape. Everybody is welcome and follows the "Judgement-free Zone" approach.
Helpful app that provides suggestions to my individual training plan. And finally, I like the massage chairs and the solarium with the Black Card membership.

They wouldn't let me in, because it's not my home gym. First time it ever happened. Here's a better way to conduct customer service, inform the client they can work out, but you will have to upgrade your membership in order to use other facilities.

This is my favorite planet fitness location that I’ve been to so far. I usually like to mind my business and not say much, but the staff is so kind and makes my day! They make me feel welcome without feeling pressured to have a conversation. Also the locker rooms and workout spaces are always super clean. Love it here so much :)

Great space, super clean, brand new equipment, incredibly friendly staff, and super open. I was pumped they out one so close to my home and the staff was on top of maintaining the cleanliness of the place, as well as addressing any needs people had. 11/10 will absolutely be making this my go to Planet Fitness location. Brand new location of Planet Fitness here in Eden Prairie. All the equipments are new. The place is pretty nice and clean. Almost all of the cardio equipments have integration with Apple Watch to track workouts.

I was actually blown away at this gym, usually 2/3 of the PF gyms are absolutely dominated by treadmills and cardio enough to power a small city, but here it was only 1/4! They have blessed us with many more new machines at this location compared to others and also many more smith machines, benches and finally a free weights area big enough to have its own zip code. It was crazy seeing how much there was available at the gym, machine wise and capacity wise, this gyms got everything except for a machine that lifts the weights for you lmao (and free weight barbells)

Regular membership is worth it, if you want to cancel, pay for a month of black card then cancel without a 50 sumn dollar fee. Black card is also worth it if you want to bring a friend or want to massage after a workout especially after leg day 😫
