Solid little planet fitness. I've gone to four different locations and this is always the best. Staff are very nice, place is always relatively clean, equipment is almost always in order (I go 5x a week and there has never been a day that I have been unable to workout due to a machine being out of order). Only issue I've ever dealt with is the drinking fountain area, which has experienced various problems that are being fixed. Overall, a very good beginner friendly cheap gym!

This location needs serious attention. The water dispenser is filthy, and the water stream is so slow that people literally stand in line just to fill a bottle. Zoom in on the dispenser and you’ll see exactly how bad it is.

There is almost always a piece of equipment broken, and the weightlifting equipment that is available is outdated and well past the point where it should have been replaced. On top of that, staff do not enforce basic gym rules. Bags are everywhere on the training floor even though it’s clearly a safety hazard. People also “reserve” multiple machines by leaving their bags, bottles, or towels on them, and staff ignore it. Because of this, I often end up waiting far too long for equipment that should be accessible.

The layout is unbalanced—rows of treadmills, bikes, and ellipticals, but not nearly enough weightlifting stations or benches to meet the actual demand.

This gym has potential, but without maintenance, cleanliness, updated equipment, and consistent rule enforcement, the experience continues to decline.

Ridiculous. Yes I have reached out to front desk staff multiple times. Friends have as well. Your gym is constantly dirty. Machines get stuck because they aren't maintained for how much they are used. Have had to ask many times on visits for them To do something about it with Smith machines. You have ratted and teared things on equipment, constant leakes and staff that sits around and does nothing when people are clearly waiting upfront and looking for staff. Do better. It doesn't need to look and feel like it costs 10 dollars a month just because it is.

I really enjoy all the very nice staff everyone is always welcoming. No matter the day I’m always greated with a warm smile since I’ve been coming every day they’ve gotten to know me and I think it’s a very friendly environment , The cleaning is always on top-tier. I really like how the bathrooms are always spotless and so are the showers in the girls room. I really enjoy this gym. If I had to rate it out of 10, it would be an 11!!! THANK YOU STAFF

If it were an option, I would put it at 4.5 stars. The only thing lacking is the option for early morning classes with the trainer. The gym has a nice open floor plan and a large quantity of cardio machines. Everything was very clean in the locker room and across the gym space. The staff was very friendly and It was a good experience overall.

I've had no issues with the place except I've noticed now that it's summer, it's incredibly humid inside. It's like they're not turning on their ac or if they are, it must be set to 74 °F or well above which is arguably warm for a gym in the middle of summer all the while having many people inside physically exerting themselves trying to workout. Multiple times I've found it borderline intolerable to complete my cardio routine due to feeling like I'm in a sauna. Not sure if management will care to turn down the ac based off the fact its clearly not being used or purposefully set high to save money so I doubt my word of mouth will change this issue. Maybe if enough people speak up about it though. Just thought I'd share because it's to the point I'm looking forward to winter months again because of this. Otherwise, this location is great, heat stroke risk in the summer aside.

Been coming here for a couple years now randomly as i travel to many in different states. I have to say, I've come across fewer better staffed than this spot. One person i need to mention is Chayse. I'm a black card member and one of the message chairs is broke and should be replaced. And out of every planet fitness I have been to in the last 4 months the exercise Matt's need replaced/updated to match the newer planet fitness equipment to the bigger more stable mats that's that hang on the hangers so there not just thrown on the ground in a pile otherwise great.

I went this time to check out the tanning beds and massage table thing. The tanning bed was great very new the music was not the best though. The fans and ac in the bed worked great and the lights were good. The hydromassage bed was great. I didn't go to high because I was in a car accident recently and it made me feel better. I would recommend checking them out!!!

Rude lady came up to me today and told me that I wasn't allowed to wear a strapless sports bra at the gym (she didn't work there AND she was on her way out). She got a staff member and all she had to say is that the lady wanted me to leave because of what I was wearing... I checked the dress code policy on the website and it says sports bras and bralettes are welcome as gym attire. AND there were many other girls wearing tops that reveal their shoulders... also I just so happened to be the only minority there.

If you haven't done Red Light Therapy you have to give it a try, especially if you're in your 40a or above. This works wonders for joints, knees, shoulders, anywhere you feel pain it can help. If you can't get there 3 times a week. Do at least once a week for a month.

HORRIBLE customer service! I tried to cancel a membership while my daughter was out of the country (last May). I was told she had to do it in person. She did it right when she came back (Sept. 4th) and they still charged an annual fee of $42 although I came in... in person in May and tried to cancel it myself! The worst ever. The lady at the front desk with glasses is incompetent. My husband is military and was deployed, my 7 yo doesn't start school until tomorrow so I call the day before to see if she can sit and play roblox while I get a 30 min run in, someone confirms they are the manager and said it was OK for her to sit at the table while I run. Lady at the front desk calls "Jess" then comes back and tells me to leave. I will be filing a complaint with corporate because this is not how you do business especially being military family.

I’ve tried to cancel my member ship for months. I get charged multiple times a month for my membership and if it doesn’t go through I get $30 overdraft fees each time they try to submit the payment. And then they continue to try to take the payment frequently throughout the month. They claim they can’t cancel my membership over the phone that I have to contact the store and the manager will refund me for all my late fees from all the overdraft charges but then when I go there to do so they claim they don’t know what I’m talking about. I moved away and can no longer go in store to cancel my membership. Hopefully corporate will see this and reach out with a resolution

The gym is always clean, and the staff is always very courteous. Unlike other gyms in town, this gym doesn't pressure sell sessions with personal trainers to customers, and locking them into an endless contract and then attempt to screw them over if they do not allow the gym to bleed your bank accountu of hundreds of dollars each month. In addition to the clean environment & friendly, honest staff, the PF app has videos available to help guide you through a piece of equipment, or specific workout to help you achieve your fitness targets if you are ready to bring it.

I recently was in the process of switching to using a new bank and forgot to switch over my PF membership. On July 1st, PF charged me my annual fee. It went through my old account and my old bank charged me a $35 NSF fee plus the annual fee which makes sense since it was my error and didn't make the change in time. However, two days later, I went into my app and updated the billing information to my new account. The information was updated and saved when I exited the app. Fast forward to yesterday, 7/18, PF charged my old bank account again instead of the new one I added 2x weeks ago. And since, I no longer deposit funds into this old account, it went negative in the amount of my $61.95. One charge for my monthly membership $26.95 and another NSF fee worth $35.00. This time I was pretty angry and called my home club where I spoke to a staff member who told me that I needed to speak with Jess, who is the manager for this club. The member said she was on lunch atm so I called back in about 45 mins to speak with her. Jess wasn't rude, but she wasn't exactly helpful either. I told her about what happened, she clarified for me that the first charge was the annual fee and then the one on 7/18 was my membership fee. When I told her that I changed the billing information through the app, she said using the app is why the information didn't save because the edit billing function doesn't work. I said to her that there is no message or anything on the app that tells you it doesn't work properly and how was I supposed to know that. Especially when you go online to the PF website and it encourages you to self service by using the "my account" function. Basically Jess told me there is nothing else she can do. She gave me a number for their internal business billing, which I knew wasn't going to work, but called it anyways because she was so insistent that it was the best way to get my $61.95 back. I called the number for ABC Financial and it routed me to different places before someone finally told me they don't work directly with member accounts. They also told me to call my home club for help. I was able to update my billing information over the phone with Jess and I did ask her who owned this franchise and she told me Baseline Fitness. I haven't been able to locate a working number for them. I also tried contacting PF customer service using the contact us form on the website. It kicked back an automated response that I need to talk to the manager of my home club. It is just crazy to me that if the manager knows that the app doesn't work, why aren't they taking responsibility for what happened? She even said she believed I was telling the truth…but if that is the case why isn't there corrective action being taken to compensate me? I haven't had any issues with PF so far but the lack of resolution with this is enough for me to find another gym.

The manager fabricates lies about members so she can terminate memberships. Teenage males from the local high school loiter in the locker room to look at members undressing. Manager said I vandalized the locker room just because I confronted a teenager for not allowing me to use the 20 lbs barbells. I am considering filing a lawsuit for slander.
