Edit on my review to hopefully get a resolution. I was charged $80 plus tax for headphones I didn’t purchase. I’ve wasted probably an hour on multiple occasions talking and waiting on management to refund the purchase. There is no sense of urgency on their end and it’s very frustrating. They seem as though they don’t know how to refund me and don’t really seem to care much either.

The best part about this gym is there are no TVs. The staff is great. The equipment is great. There’s a real squat station. It smells great. Zero complaints.

I love the location, everything is new and clean. I would actually use the showers here. I also love how they have a vending machine in the black card member area. My only worry is seeing how many people don’t wipe down their machines after use. I recommend cleaning everything twice-before and after.

Completely new. Getting a little crowded cause everyone realizes the convenience of this location. Machines are completely new, and the gym is spacious. Love it here. The ppl are super friendly and non judging at all!

Went here the first time the other night with my man and we were so pleased with the location that we’ve decided to make it our home gym. The employees were so kind and sweet there was this one young lady I wish I got her name such a treat…. What we loved most about the location was there were NO tv’s that’s what made us lock in for sure. The music play was also fire we didn’t even need our headphones lol overall the vibes were impeccable. And we’ll be back for sure.

I love this new location! It’s so convenient for folks who live in Minneapolis proper and has more options than the Hiawatha location. The music can be a little loud, and I often wish it wasn’t as loud so I could listen to my own music on my headphones more easily. I especially would love it if the music was turned down in the locker rooms. With the speakers directly overhead it can be a lot!

Awesome new gym location is perfect. Friendly staff they are always smiling and greeting everyone. And the manager is so helpful and and makes time to show you around and answer all your questions the facility is super clean nice bathrooms and lockers I’ve never seen AWESOMEEEEEEEE!!!!! I highly recommend

This location is brand new and open as of Fall 2025. I’m not sure if they will eventually get TVs but I LOVE that there aren’t any right now! Staff is great.

Now open as of Saturday September 27th 2025. Clean, new, and not crowded yet. There are plenty of parking lot spots for vehicles outlined in designated purple spots.

NEW massive facility!!!! I'm very happy that the chain is seemingly listening to its customers because it finally has squat racks and all the equipment that I would need at any other gym (not always the case for PF). Overall very impressed with this location, was not crowded, staff is great, extremely clean, and the equipment is BRAND NEW. 5/5 ⭐
