every single time I go to tan they never press the start button. Do you know how mad that makes me. EVERY TIME
I didnt just get nude for nothing. To get fully clothed again to go back out and tell you TO START THE TANNING BED!!! Get off your phones and WORK! ITS NOT HARD!!!

I will officially be canceling my membership. You guys pissed me off enough.

Missing equipment that other locations (considering around 8) consistently have. Only 1 change room available. Absolutely horrendous. This location as of now, recently opened and they're off on a bad start. Promising, considering the vast space area, but availability of certain equipment is lacking. Let's see how the franchisee handles criticism and improvements.

I wanted to write a review shortly after this location opened, but I wanted to wait until I had a better understanding of how it operates and functions.

What I love about this gym
- Equipment is new
-Able to connect my Apple Watch to the compatible equipment
- the place is clean
- it’s open 27/7
- there is a wide range of different types of people gear including older folk and younger people.
- the black card spa equipment is great

What I don’t like about this place
- a portion of the people working here (mostly the young adults) are on there phone more often than they should.
- the afternoon is the time of the day where the staff spend more time somewhere else, other than the front desk.

I understand it’s hard to find hard working people who value there place of employment and that’s why I am going to continue to go to this gym. There isn’t anything wrong with the gym itself, other than a portion of the people working here, spending more time on there phones and not valuing their importance in this company.

Clean, new, great except one thing: You know how every machine in existence has an adjustable backrest to accommodate those from 3' tall to 7' tall? They all do, except the new combination Hip Adductor/Abductor machines. Basically useless now

One of the employees (AA dude with curly dreads) kept lingering ever since he passed by me first entering the lockeroom. He lingered and kept looking in my direction, pretending to be doing something but he was doing nothing productive.

Another note, if you have 3 cable machine stations, you should have 1 of the same attachment for each station. There's only one rope attachment available to use, if that, I didnt bother to harrass other people looking for one. What do management even think about when they distribute equipment?

Lastly, the enclosed change rooms is a bad idea. There will be people who will abuse that feature. Don't know how management thought only 2 change rooms in a large gym (possibly largest in mn) that is inviting to a high amount of traffic, was a good idea.

Recently joined, and have had a good opportunity to try out some of the facilities. In time I hope I can get the chance to try most of it out.

It is clean and new. I like the layout and color scheme. Almost reminds of a club I once frequented; I wax nostalgic.

I have found the squat rack, and there are plenty of smith machines.

This is a great gym, but I've noticed one of the front desk associates makes rude comments when people check in. I don't think she realizes people can hear her. She makes a slight cough while saying something rude, today it was a barking sound. Maybe she can't control it, I don't know, but it's coming off incredibly rude.

So excited to have a PF in my neighborhood! Really lovely set up, nice staff, new equipment (hello squat racks AND a glute lift machine!!)

I’m almost hesitant to give it a good review because I don’t want word to get out and this gym to be packed. Alas, gotta be honest and root for this new location.
