Well, from the beginning, I later found out that the gym opened a month later than what I was originally told.In addition I asked about when payments were deducted, and they told me your monthly payment was deducted on every seventeenth of the month and your fifty dollar once a year renewal would not come out until june 1st come to find it came out today.Which cost me an overdraft. I was told this by the manager of the location that it would be june first, not december first. There is no parking.You have to park over at chipotle and walk pretty much all the time.Because it's the only parking around. I tried to get this fixed with the manager but they refused so I guess i'm stuck there until a year from now before they charge me $52.98 again. I feel that this is very unfair when they tell you.It's going to be june 1st it should be June 1st not December 1st. I will be canceling my membership December. 24th of this next year, until then. I guess I will just be a big pita for them at their location. I would not recommend joining this club!!! Find somewhere else to workout.

The gym is great and they have great equipment but their staff needs training.. every time I go to use this location the staff always create a problem out of nothing. I finished my workout tonight at 740 stood at the front desk for 5 minutes waiting for a staff to come out because I wanted to use the deep tissue chair (which is 10 minutes long) only to be told that they closed the black card spa because they close in 15 minutes. I've been to several locations within the twin cities and this is the only location where they try to enforce unnecessary or inaccurate rules.

The staff are friendly and the facility is nice. However, I can only give four stars because there are not enough machines. The other facilities I've been to have two of each machine. There are two of some, but for example, there is only one leg curl machine. This makes it difficult to rely on going and getting the workout in that you have planned.

This club is the best in MN that we have been to. It is very clean and the customer service is the best. I want to praise Raymond Robertson for setting a great example for all employees of PF to follow. He greets every customer with a welcoming attitude when they enter and leave. He is always seen cleaning or taking care of customer needs. Thank you Raymond for making our gym experience the best. This club is our favorite because of people like you.

I been going to plantet fitness for the last 2 years never had an issue been to many different locations as well never had an issue until this one, started going this location maybe a month and a half ago and I’ve been wearing my Yeezy all the time never had an issue, go to check in like usual the woman stop us and said we can’t workout because of the Yeezy mind you there was no welcome in or anything just straight off the bat we can’t let you in ! Do you have any other shoes these are close toe shoes and no staff has every said anything to me before, she said that’s always been the policy which i understand but WHY ARE YOU ONLY ENFORCING IT NOW ? WHY WEREN'T YOU ENFORCING IT ALL THE TIME FROM THE BEGINNING? so we got turned away she didn’t even offer like a one time pass since for us to work out so we know for next time it not our fault YOU GUYS CHOOSE TO NEGLECT THE POLICY ALL THIS TIME UP UNTIL NOW ! Also I have seen so many people in this gym up to Wednesday night wearing crocs.

I love planet fitness so when I heard there was one opening closer to me, I got super excited! I love the inside of the gym and overall vibe of it but the reason I’m giving a one star is because the employees are not kind at all I noticed that besides the manager whenever I’d come no matter the day, anyone who is at the front desk just seems like they didn’t want to be there or didn’t wanna talk. I would ask simple questions about the tanning beds for about the machines just because I’m still newer to my black card membership and all their answers would be short and snarky and none of them seem like they wanted to talk or be of any help to me so that’s the reason I’m giving this one star normally my planet fitness customer service is amazing but for some reason, everyone here just seems to be really cranky
