Don’t waste your money. If you’re unemployed you might get a change to hit a set. If not you’ll be waiting till midnight. Idk why they got 20 treadmill and little no weight racks. Planet fitness do your layouts better. The racks better be free after the construction.

The gym is fine. The gym equipment seems to be in good shape (I haven't used many yet) and there are plenty of machines. I was excited for my black card membership until I found out that I have to make an appointment and talk to an employee every time I want to use anything extra I paid for. Incredibly annoying. And I can't even use the massage chairs with the friend I brought with me. I will be switching to a classic membership after my first month is up. The black card is not worth the price.

One staff to keep the only 24 hr club running in mn is NOT working. Planet, you can do better! need a janitor. The pee was coated and dried yellow on the urinal for weeks! the white calcium build up on faucets, dirty the floors are, hair plugged showers! I will change my posting when I see the gym change.

Men's locker room is off-limits for construction and the only solution was apparently an out-house trailer. There are no lockers are available for men, not even the short term lockers in the common area/lobby are working at all. The equipment shows visible wear compared to other PF's in the area. Large space, maybe better after equipment replacements and renovation but I would avoid this club and choose another in the twin cities for the foreseeable future.

For anyone using the tanning beds and stand ups, please wear sandals or something. Spray the floors before you get in. Lift the mats and there’s mold and rust and the gunk and rust is coated all over the sides should tell you enough. You will get a foot fungus very easily. Also if you come in early early, you will not be spoken to at the front. Or looked at. You might as well just walk in because nobody is paying attention.

This location was great when it first opened. Now folks sit on machines and text nonstop and a bunch of machines are broken. They also changed the guest rules. Front of house wrings their hands and says it’s all to do with management. Management passes the buck downhill and blames the city location rather than be better management. Sick of folks in fitness trying to make a buck on subpar service.

I like working out at this Planet Fitness location, but I really hope they update their bathroom sink faucets. Right now, they’re still manual twist knobs, which doesn’t feel clean or sanitary—especially in a public gym setting. After washing your hands, you have to touch the same dirty handle to turn the water off. Most modern public restrooms use press or motion-sensor faucets to avoid this issue.

It’s a small change that would make a big difference in hygiene and overall user experience. I hope management considers upgrading soon.

Exercise floor has many options. A few machines need to be serviced. Friendly and helpful front desk staff Locker room is large and adequate. The shower room and bathroom are disgusting. Need deep cleaning and more frequent basic cleaning. There is urine all over the floor around the urinals and the sink counter is completely flooded. In a valiant attempt to be environmentally conscious, there are no paper towels for members to wipe up when using the sinks. I was surprised that there is no reciprocity among clubs at the basic level of membership.

I am a black Card member with Planet fitness it has been that way for 2 years, I travel around the USA do to my job which gives me time to make stops at various PF locations. Lastnight I was insulted and disrespected by a PF member in the bathroom while I was taking a shower he insisted that I was trying to rob him while he was in the shower very degrading and insulting, I'M hoping it's not because of a stereotype of me being a tall black man with dreds and tattoos that he felt I was goin to rob him I wanted to bring this to the locations attention I checked in at this location @ 1022 pm and left out at about 2am hopefully this gives you'll some type of insight and also there was no one at the front desk to talk to about this situation

I've been going to this spot for 3 years, and I've never really run into any problems until recently. I have had issues with this employee who has had a problem with his professional. He said his name was "Joseph," but I can't confirm that because he didn't have his employee bage on. I've had 2 occasions where I attended to use the massage machine. The first one is he just flat out denied me, and great fully, there was another employee there that told the truth. He played it off as a joke. It's not fun if I pay to use the facility, and at my expense, I don't get to use it because you want to have a laugh. The other occasion wich happened 4 days later. I asked for q5 minutes on the machine, and he and sam made it seem like what i was requesting was impossible. I had to inquire about it on 5 different occasions to the point that it seemed like they had a personal problem with me. At that point, I had to ask what did I do wrong to be treated this way. There were 2 other customers that had got exactly what they wanted on their first inquiry. Whatever it is was a horrible display of customer service. Just do your job it's plante fitness, not steroid fitness, and leave the high-school samtics in your past. I would like to use the facility just like any other paying customer.

I am so completely blown away in an outstanding way with Planet Fitness Roseville, Minnesota that I don't even know where to begin. I have 4 key people to mention but there are others as well. I can only ask that something be done from the corporate level for this team since they are beyond excellent and give uber-stellar customer service. I have to begin with Miya who was the friendly bright shining face that greeted me when I entered the gym this morning. I need to preface all of this with that I am from Germany originally and I am an HR Director for a fortune 300 company. So, as you can imagine, I am exceptionally familiar with employee performance. I asked her about the different packages available for membership and she was more than eager to explain them to me and was thorough. Then the Manager, Blake came and spoke with me and was so friendly, warm, welcoming and made me feel a part of the Planet Fitness family before I even paid. Then the next superstar of this incredible cast of mega superstars was Sean. He gave me my personal tour of the facility and was extremely thorough, warm, knowledgeable and kind. I was so impressed with the facility here and what you all offer to members and Sean was nice young perfect gentleman. His parents did a great job. I came here from YMCA Miday in Saint Paul, Minnesota and they were $77 a month, not even close to what you have here, and they open and close and you all are open 24/7. I think this is what you call in English, a no brainer for someone deciding on which gym to go to. I honestly now cannot comprehend why on earth someone would go to any other gym because you all have absolutely everything and then some minus a swimming pool. Big deal, no issue for me personally. Then the final star of the show and all-round sweetheart is Moraa. She is so sweet and kind and professional and very calming demeanor. She was perfectly placed in her position at the front desk/reception. I even had the misfortune of witnessing on my first day here a group of young women misbehaving in the relaxation area lounge. She dealt with the issue extremely professionally, fair, just and adequately. For her age, I was blown away. Please groom her for bigger and better things within the Planet Fitness world. All this to say, I am very happy that I chose this Planet Fitness location, that i have this particular group of team members truly invested in my fitness and overall health. I commend each and every one of them. Thank you, Roseville, MN team! I cannot forget Joseph of course and an honorable mention to Jessica and Ella whom i met very briefly after working out 3 times because i didn't want to leave the gym. OH yeah and John big, tall bald guy, nice can't forget you buddy.,

If you're considering this place let me save you the time. Went into this location to inquire about a membership as I work right around the corner. I asked if I could check the place out and was told they do not offer free day passes, and if I wanted to check it out, I would have to sign up for a membership. Now why wouldn't a gym want you to check out their facilities before signing up? Which brings me here to the reviews, particularly the negative ones. This place was so nice. Recently however everything is damaged. It’s extremely dirty, no paper towels or to disinfect.

There is also lots of people leaving bags, towels, sweaters or anything to “save” a spot however are no where near or working out in the machine. They will go workout on a different machine or go talk to someone. I saw a few individuals do this and not allow people to use the machine, despite them not using it and being on their phones or having a conversations for 10+min with someone. This place has turned into a playground for people.

I understand saving your spot if you’re just grabbing water, running to the restroom or grabbing paper towels to clean and actually coming back and using the machine.

Overall good gym, have had plenty of good experiences but last night I used the stand up tanning bed and asked for 3 minutes since it was my first time in a while. I wasn’t really keeping track of time and my bf knocked on the door saying it had been at least over 5. The bed never turned off even after pressing stop on the bed either. I sent my boyfriend to the fromt to ask them to stop it which they attempted to do remotely but it still never turned off even after that. Think that system needs to be checked out because it is obviously not working. The staff was trying to be helpful, the bed literally was just not turning off. Tbh i should have just unplugged it but I hadnt thought if that in the moment. I am now super burnt and in pain and slightly hesitant to tan again here.

Okay, I will admit from the start that I am a snob. Ive come to that realization. I left LA Fitness years ago for Lifetime because Lifetime is always clean, their equipment was always service ready and they stayed open later. 24 hours at the Plymouth location and I love my late nights. Well Covid eliminated the late and 24 hour fitness centers so recently, I decided to give Planet Fitness a try since they are 24 hours. Friendly staff, the equipment seems to always be in working order but the cleanliness of the facility, and especially the locker rooms is severely lacking, which makes me wonder how often they clean the beds, chairs and other equipment in the Black Card Guest Room. I really can't beat the price tho but I won't give up my Lifetime membership until I find a national club that I don't have to worry about catching cooties in. Planet Fitness is great if cleanliness isn't your issue. And if I'm being honest, I try to go there during the hours when there aren't a million teens in there late nights.

One thing about this gym…In the men’s locker room, restrooms are dirty all the time, toilet cabins are broken, you can’t lock your door if you go to take a seat…Showers super dirty, looks like nobody cleans them! The Roseville location is my favorite Planet Fitness and I've been to many of them in the Twin Cities area. The wide variety of equipment is impressive and the layout is easy to navigate. I love this gym honestly but my experience tonight makes me want to make another location home gym. The overnight staff ( young guy I'm guessing, short, brown with black curly hair was too busy on his phone. I went with a friend and decided to join. It was so easy and so fast, I went online and joined without having any pushy sales or reps trying to talk me into anything . By the time my friend was done checking in, I had joined online and had my own membership. I actually look forward to going instead of it feeling like a chore

Planet Fitness in Naperville off of Ogden is EXCEPTIONAL. Management 5 Star and in this environment, all patrons clean off machines upon completion of usage (No where else does this happen ) Mkh

I like that each of the lifting machines has a count you can watch so you can focus on each exercise. They also are weighted individually so you’re working your strong & weak side equally. Can’t compensate which let’s you train more effectively. The gym is kept very clean. The showers water pressure is pristine.
