Im only giving 2 stars because its clean.GET A BLOW DRYER IN THE MENS ROOM.ITS WINTER OUTSIDE!And turn up the hot water heater,its barely hot enough!

I've been to literally 50 PFs,and the 3 I've been to in MN.have no hair dryer!?

I complained to 1 guy,and he said,they could steal them.NOooooooooo .They all have the same dryer ,and its screwed in the wall.Its a cheap $10- dryer.

I had to sit in the black card room couch for 30 mins today,to let my hair dry.Of course the car is cold, after being inside over 1 hour.

This isnt customer service!

I told the Mgr in 1 store,and he said sorry.Sorry? No jot sorry,the correct answer is I'll get one asap!

I absolutely love planet fitness on 7th Street till I was told I wasn't allowed in because I don't have a credit card to put on my account. You all just took out my membership annual fee with no problem and monthly fee. Never had there been a problem with my account. You have my direct account number. Your planet fitness doesn't have paper towels half the time but to be told I am not allowed into the facility was embarrassing. You all don't even deserve 3 stars.

Its great to get a workout here. The only downside is that people don't put weights back where they belong, and people don't have gym etiquette. But that's not a dig affair the gym itself. The water bottle filler at the fountain has luke-warm water though.

Discriminatory gym with disgusting customer service! Dont come here! New in the area so wanted to try closest gym to see if it would be a good fit. Called over the phone to inquire about the free 1 day pass and was told could come in any time and sign up for it. When I did come in employees refused to honor this and automatically assumed I was lying. Claiming that I didn't even call this location when I showed them proof I did. Without even attempting to speak to the employee involved they just offered me a water and sent me on my way. Was intent on signing up but not after this interaction.

Racist Workers!!!!!!!!!!! Just had an awful experience Friday and was talked to very unpleasantly and treated horribly by a manager named Scotlyn she was very aggressive and very confrontational all because of my shoes mind you I’ve been going here for 2 1/2 yrs now wearing gym shoes and crocs never had a bad experience til now but as I’m stretching with my crocs on she wanted to dust behind me which I moved out the way to let her do she didn’t stop me or say anything even though she looked at my feet she waited until I got on the hip abductor machine to then walk over to me and ask if I had any other shoes and I said no so she said can you leave and come back with different shoes and I said yes but when did the policy change and why didn’t you stop me when you were dusting to point out that , then a minute past after she said that and says I’m going to ask you to get up and leave I sat there texting my ride letting them know I had to change my shoes and they would need to come back she then says you need to get up and leave right now I said I was so I look over and there’s a women with slippers on and I said are you going to tell everyone here to stop working out and change there shoes she said yes she goes to the lady spoke with her for 5 mins while only speaking to me for 2 and then proceeded to let her workout I said what’s that about she said she has support I said it’s still not gym shoes and she said I’m arguing with her and I can leave and now don’t come back today ! She said I can wait in the lobby area just not the floor so I go there and see 4 others that have on crocs !!!! she spent 5 mins cleaning and then came to the front and ask what am I still doing here and I said waiting for a ride she said leave now or I’m canceling your membership and I said I just paid a $54 annual fee 2 days ago and if your canceling it I need a refund she said I had to leave so she can give me my money back and I said no then I ask for what she said policy violation ! Then calls the cops because I didn’t leave after stating I could wait in the lobby area, police came said I didn’t violate any rules but she’s the manger so reach out to the higher person and they let me go home

The staff is always so friendly and kind. I never leave this gym without a smile on my face! The facilities are extremely clean and well-kept, and the equipment is always working properly. There have only been 2 occasions in the past 6 months where a machine was out of order and I couldn't use it. Big shout-out to Benji, my favorite desk staff!

I went in with a friend today to do my first visit of Planet Fitness as I’m considering a membership. Staff member Trent was SO helpful, not judgmental, and really listened to understand what my needs were and find a membership option best for me. He also helped us modify a machine while working out! If all the staff are like him, I will be so happy to become a member and visit this gym often!

I want to share what happened to me today, on 06/16/2025, around 11 a.m. I went to the gym bathroom and forgot to lock my phone, so YouTube started playing automatically. One of the staff members knocked on the door and rudely said, "You’re in the bathroom, don’t use your phone." He also said he might kick me out because he works there. I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the manager, but the front desk assistant said she was busy and asked me to leave my name and number so she could call me back. I haven’t heard from them since.

I like this gym, but sometimes the body odor of gymgoers is just too strong. I've only been here three times, but for three days straight, it smelled really bad by the weight lifting machines. I'm not sure if it's the ventilation or just the people that come there, but I've been to other gyms and have never smelled body odor while working out before. I'd like to continue coming here but hope there'd be some changes for next time.

I became a member for the winter primarily to use the treadmill. If you’re doing cardio I find the overall temperature too high and there are only two large ceiling fans. I am average in weight and end up sweating profusely. The locker room and bathrooms do not seem very clean either.

I'm currently out of town and found this gym close by my mother's house and the staff was very friendly and i attended this gym 3 days in a row and the staff even remembered who i was. Blonde Lady with was very unpleasant and rude. She made a fuss about checking us in to te Hydro-massage or Chair-massage and was overall unkind to us compared to the other workers. Had this as my preferred Planet Fitness location for years until One day I had issues with my car and told management that I was going to arrange for a tow after I worked out as I didn’t want to drive it anymore with the breaks sounding the way they did. I informed management and asked if it would be okay until I was able to orchestrate said tow in a day. I was informed that my vehicle SHOULD be okay as the property owner is under agreement with them to not tow during business hours at this establishment.

Lo and behold, my vehicle was towed 12 hours later (DURING BUSINESS HOURS) and I wasn’t communicated with or informed as to the tow. I was presented with the cost of $720 for a towing fee from the company.

In my efforts to reach out to the property management, towing company, and planet fitness I was tossed through a cacophony misled communication about my vehicle, and they kept delaying the process of getting to the bottom of the dispute, even more days passed as they had confused my vehicle in attempts to locate it and then wanted to charge $1200 when I finally found where my car was being held.

I HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND choosing this Planet Fitness as your home gym as the parking lot politics renders you extremely vulnerable to vultures. Moreover, the failure to notify the property owner on behalf of Planet Fitness management is a complete failure to their customer. Save yourself the pain and just go to a different location. This one is lacking in safety and responsibility.

Just joined. Generally, it's clean and OK. However, I've already noticed that 4 machines are broken at the moment. I've also noticed in only 2 days that the equipment, in general, have heavy signs of use. Multiple benches with very worn out and cracked leather, a few of the machine seats are extremely stiff or completely stuck (when trying to adjust height), the rope attachment for doing triceps and etc is Extremely and noticeably worn out.
Other than these things about the equipment, the gym itself seems clean.

The owners and managers do a really good job of hiring people at this location. The staff changes a lot but for the most part they always make sure the people they hire are customer focused. I'm an old lady and every time I walk in, 90% of the kids at the counter have big happy smiles for me and a warm greeting, and that type of kindness counts for a lot these days! (**Special shout out to hottie Mike on the weekends, he's been there since I started and he's a hard worker who always has a smile on his face.)~Thank you, I love this Planet!

I travel for a living and I have been a member of Planet Fitness for over 10 years. I started my fitness journey with Planet and continue to do so. I have visited dozens of Planet locations over the years and most recently the location in St Paul (Sibley location) the staff we some of the most friendly and helpful people I’ve encountered in a planet fitness. The machines were SHINING, machines in tip-top shape and the men’s locker room was spotless. I don’t know what it was about this location, but I wish it could be my home gym.
