GET A BLOW DRYER IN THE MENS ROOM.ITS WINTER OUTSIDE! And turn up the hot water heater,its barely hot enough!

I've been to literally 50 PFs,and the 3 I've been to in MN.have no hair dryer!?

I complained to 1 guy,and he said,they could steal them.NOooooooooo .They all have the same dryer ,and its screwed in the wall.Its a cheap $10- dryer.

I had to sit in the black card room couch for 30 mins today,to let my hair dry.Of course the car is cold, after being inside over 1 hour.

This isnt customer service!

I told the Mgr in 1 store,and he said sorry.Sorry? No jot sorry,the correct answer is I'll get one asap!

This place doesn't have a shelf for soap.No shower caddy either.

The club. Is perfect some of the negative comments are just condescending . Yes the staff can be rude and look around but that is there job to make sure all rules and procedures are followed. If you can’t handle then go to club with no rules. But can say that planet fitness is more easy going. So I will say thank u. But thing about teenagers I do agree with that comment starting next year remove the free membership for teenagers because ymca does to let them deal with headaches and let us have this gym without noises and Destroying teenagers.

THEY HAVE SQUAT RACKS!!!!!

On par, in most aspects, with gyms that cost many times more. Constantly being cleaned. Even in the winter, no water along the path in or on the locker room floor. Things that aren't here that almost every other gym has: not a single squat rack (have a bunch of Smith Machines), not a bench press, but they do have dumbells. Not much space for stretching, as far as mats on the floor. No pool or hot tub.

Everytime I come in from work to workout in the early mornings I see the black worker with Locs always cleaning with the older white man, Makes me feel comfortable enough to workout but the other Asian worker is on his phone even while assisting me with the black card. I just think it’s isn’t fair the Asian guy talks on his phone while others work.

Solid value. Abundant cardio equipment.
Isolation equipment, cable machines and free weights for the body builders.

Cleanliness is poor, in the locker, shower, toilets. It's always smalls like poop in that entire area.

Drinking fountain has been broken for a long time and the bottle filler station needs more than one.

Hours are alright but they id prefer later options on Friday and the weekends. They close too early.

Im glad they will be replacing some of their equipment soon! That will be a great upgrade. Select employees play their own music over the loud speaker at a high volume to the point where you can’t hear the music in your own earbuds. Very much ruins the experience for the guests and I’ve had multiple others mention that they hate this as well.

Decent gym. The manager is dope. I was being double charged due to somehow having two active accounts and I didn't notice for many months until they closed my account with an outstanding balance of $300+.... The manager happily took care of my balance and refunded me for the extra charges. Very good customer service. Only gets 4 stars because they have no proper squat racks.

I started here 3 weeks ago and I love it besides a charge of $27 from planetfitness just popped up on my card when I havent even been there a full month and already paid $25 for this month🤔🤔 I get to to digging and see somthing about annual fees which I had no clue about never was explained to me not even sure if this charge was that… regardless its not even the amount of the annual fee that I was charged nor have I been there even a month yet🫣🫣 and my bill for the 1st says $54 which I was told it wouldnt be taken out til May 1st but its being taken out April 1st thats $110 spent on my first month( 6 weeks to be exact) at planet fitness🤣 I think Ill be canceling my membership before the annual fee is deducted out of my account if I’m not refunded my $27 that was taken for no reason at all and change the date to May 1st for the “annual fee”.
I was suppose to get some type of $1 deal but that didnt happen clearly🤣🤣

This is the worst PF in the metro. The staff is nice and the parking is great but it’s ridiculously crowded in the weight section with not enough machines. There’s no real place to stretch due to crowding too. The worst part is that it smells extremely musty and has bad lighting, it has a dark creepy feel.

Terrible place to workout, dirty, understaffed, terrible ownership. This company is so cheap they do not contract any cleaners nor do they staff an actual janitorial staff. The staff thats cleaning your gym and equipment is the minimum wage front desk staff…. They are also the ones responsible for cleaning and maintaining your spa amenities like your tanning beds. You are much better off spending your money at LA Fitness or Lifetime. $25 a month with a $49 annual fee…. Mine as well pay a little bit more for much better equipment and amenities and a company that actually keeps their gym clean with actual contracted cleaners and janitorial staff. Also their personal trainers are a joke, there’s a reason why their training is FREE…. If you’re serious about your health and or getting in shape don’t even bother with Planet Fitness. It’s nothing more than a business model that feeds on the non-gym goer/beginner, they will offer you a basic gym with little to no professional help.

This is my first time at this PF. Phenomenal staff. Grimey facility. Management, please coordinate with the cleaning staff for a better cleaning/maintenance regime. I won’t add pictures (unless it’s a persistent issue) but the amount of hair and gunk in the showers is deplorable.

I’ve been to many planet fitness location. This is the WORST! As soon as you walk in the door, you get hit in the face with The stench of musty! Dirty and many of the machines are broken out of service and just plain outdated! PLANET! Use that $49 you charge all your members for a yearly charge to update this place!!! One star.

This is a solid value. I maintain an individual club membership. I have been a PF member for three years and my Id card disintegrated off my keychain and club management won't replace it. But I can check in at the desk.

These kinds of clubs used to be 24/7, now it's hours seem to vary and it's not open weekend evenings when I'm ready to go.

I work two jobs and need to work out on my schedule. But the price is so affordable for a single club I tolerate whatever.

Four stars is focused on the vale of a well equipped gym for like $15 a month. For it's niche you can't beat it!

Customer service is 5/5!! Steven, the General Manager, handled my membership concerns swiftly and efficiently without any pushback. Never once did he make me feel uncomfortable for requesting assistance, he also handled my concerns within a 3 minute phone conversation which was very surprising! Awesome team of employees through the phone and even when I see them upon entering & exiting the gym. One less star review for the cleanliness of the gym over the years however I understand it is bound to happen with frequent use. Could also be cleaner if possible but probably could change with time.

I really like this location; staff are all really easy going and super nice here which is huge in my opinion. Traditional lineup of equipment for a PF location: tons of treadmills, ellipticals, a handful of stationary bikes and steppers. 6 smith machines, traditional DB lineup up to 75 lbs, a variety of cable machines. This location has an additional dual cable cross machine which is nice when the other ones are in use. Then, theres the lineup of resistance machines for each muscle group. Again nothing out of the ordinary there going from PF to PF around the cities aside from a few additional peices of equipment, but again a lot of the staff at this location are really cool and serious about fitness here so its a good environment to get in a workout in no matter what level you are at. Also, their Spa has a good selection of hydo massage, deep tisuse chairs and tanning beds that are kept up well. It's a lil busy at this location with the kids working out for free this summer, but you can go during non-peak times to avoid the really huge crowds. I will say though for how busy it gets the gym crowd is all pretty respectful of one another. Shoutout to the team at this location. You guys are holding it down!

The 1 star is nothing to do with the staff, they’re pretty cool. It’s just because they’re not 24/7 on the weekends. There’s no excuse why it can’t be, I don’t care what the excuse is. I’ll gladly give five stars if it goes 24/7 all days of the week.

Just an update to the reply on 08/01/2025. The best times that work for me and many other busy adults is late night. That’s a pretty lame reply, just proves how out of touch the management is.

Also it’s nice for us older folks that don’t have the time to wait for roves of teenagers to use equipment. I’ve seen dozens of teenagers hog squat racks for hours. I’ve also seen them hold the equipment for other big groups.

If you want a somewhat serious place to work out, this is not the place. Planet Fitness, you should be ashamed to call this a real gym. Maybe at the very least make the younger folks watch a short video on gym etiquette before allowing them to join. Not a good look as it is. I feel like I’m working out at a high school.

I have been coming to this planet fitness for a little over 6 months now. I absolutely love the staff. They have all been so friendly and kind and helpful.

However I am very irritated that within the 6 months I’ve been coming here I’ve shown up on a Monday morning at 6am when the gym was supposed to be open at 5am and no staff is here and doors are locked. This morning (March 11th) I sat there and waited for literally 2 hours and finally left because I couldn’t wait any longer and had to go to work. Another missed workout. Super frustrating because I don’t have any other time to workout. This has happens 3 times in the last 6 months!! I can maybe understand this happening once but 3 times?! That’s just NOT ok! I’ve even complained about it in an email but it continues to happen. This is absolutely terrible! This really sucks because I don’t want to join a different gym but I also want to go to a gym that I can rely on.
