I only wish I had more space to express how incredible Jen and her team at PUKKA truly are. I began Pilates with Jen about a year and a half ago at her Owatonna studio, and it has been one of the most impactful additions to my life. As a mom of three young girls who often accompany me to my solo sessions, I have never once felt like their presence was an inconvenience. Jen welcomes them—and me—with genuine warmth, patience, and open arms.
Since incorporating Pilates into my weekly routine, I feel stronger, more limber, and more aligned than ever. The physical benefits have been remarkable, but what sets PUKKA apart is the environment Jen has created. The studio is warm, inviting, inclusive, and filled with encouragement. It has quickly become one of my favorite places to be.

I found Jen at Pukka about six months ago and am so happy I did! I'm a 60 year old Pilates newbie and now with Jen's help am learning and getting stronger and more confident! I will sing Jen's and Pukka's praises from the hilltops! She works with any limitations you may have (and I have had a few - we have worked through them). I love Pukka Pilates! I’m 70+ and started with one on one instruction with Jen. She works to understand where I’m at, always checking to make sure that I’m comfortable in what we’re doing. I’m going there to build strength and stability. I can already feel a difference in my strength. I’m graduating to classes soon. Jen is planning to add a class for those 55+. I highly recommend PUKKA!

I started with Karlee at Pukka Pilates earlier this year and it has been transformative! I was looking for something to compliment the cardio and strength training I was already doing. Not only did I find that but so much more! The personalized training Karlee provides has improved my strength, flexibility and confidence. As an added bonus Pilates helped me prepare for a surgery and helped improve my recovery. I highly recommend Karlee and Pukka Pilates to anyone looking to improve their health journey!

I decided to start pilates late in my life and was very hesitant because I didn't think I could do the exercises but Andreina has been so patient and has guided me in the right path that I really enjoy my sessions and plan on keeping it up as it has improved my flexibility.

I want to start by stating I have never committed to a workout program for more than two weeks ever and I'm 45 years old. I have been doing this at least weekly for a year and my body is thankful everyday. This has been life-changing to decrease pain and increase flexibility and strength. Jen at Pukka Pilates embraces the true form of Pilates and to not only the words I speak but the movements my body makes. I have been pain-free in my knees for over 10 months. I’ve been working with Jen for over 7 years—starting with strength training and now continuing my journey with her at Pukka Pilates. Jen is an incredible instructor and in the 4 years I’ve known her, has taught me so much about biomechanics and my posture through pilates. She’s truly an incredible person who is always happy to listen about your day or educate you on how to feel and move great! I came to Pukka Pilates with no experience or even had done Pilates! Jen works to your level and never rushes you, she explains every movement and step! Pilates works your whole body and mind! You learn to strengthen your body from the inside out! I would highly recommend Pukka Pilates to anyone at any level of fitness! I’ve been going to Pukka Pilates for the past 2 months and have thoroughly enjoyed it! Jen is a wonderful traditional Pilates instructor and meets you where you are at which I really appreciate! When I started with Pukka, I had no previous experience with Reformer Pilates and the improvement I have already seen and felt through my sessions is amazing. I would highly recommend giving Pukka a try!
