Anna runs a great studio in Rochester! Anna was so lovely to work with in doing an event for one of their own instructors. The studio was so fun, clean, and Anna was even our personal photographer. She was so lovely from start to finish and so accommodating to our group and fitness level. I highly recommend her studio and taking a class for yourself. It is much harder than it appears but it was a great workout and start to our day.

This is an amazing place. My body has totally changed since starting here Less than a year ago. My legs are defined without being bulky. My core is strong and I can see the definition in my abdominal wall. I now have great balance. I can feel the difference in my body every day. I love Pure Barre Rochester!

Pure Barre in Rochester has amazing instructors who support your fitness goals, form, and any needed modifications. Each class is a complete body workout, low impact, and with real results. I get compliments on how tone I look after completing these classes. I went from only walking (zero class experience) to fit in only a few months. These classes work! There are several types of classes to fit anyone's wants and needs. I love the classes that focus on balance, stetching, and core strength. Come as you are (no manuals or food shaming!). Welcoming environment!

Pure Barre Rochester is an amazing workout studio! I have joined for the last two + years and I have been obsessed. It’s a low impact workout and it has different classes with varying workout styles so it’s been great to get to choose what class I feel like each day. I love how my body has felt and I have looked toned and thin. It’s been a great social community of women. I’ve always had amazing teachers who care about you and always are encouraging and help your form. It’s so nice to work out with other women of different ages. Excellent and highly recommended to anyone!

I have been going to Pure Barre for many years and always have a great experience! The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly, the studio is clean and bright, and no matter what style of class I take I always get a good workout and am often sore after (in a good way). Really disappointed. I sent in my information for a foundation free trial class months ago & never received a text, email or call to set up a class. There is such a lack of communication. I really want to try out Pure Barre too!

I randomly saw I FB ad for this place earlier this month and decided why not give it a try and I am so happy I did. The instructors are super helpful and take time to ensure you have proper form and community there is super nice and friendly, and I think that’s also important because I was almost ready to give up on class based excercises due to previous experiences; for example, one of the members gave me a shout out after class yesterday and it made me super happy.
There are other personal reasons why I like my new fitness home.
I also love the way the instructors say release, I don’t know why, but you’ll never know if you don’t try and hear it yourself.

Pure Barre Rochester has become my second home and family these last few years. I love it because no 2 classes are the same! The instructors are so invested in your success and most importantly it’s the type of exercise that really meets you where you’re at - physically and mentally. I’ve gained so much from the mind body connection that is key to PB technique. I can’t recommend this workout enough! Give it 3 classes and you’ll get the flow and be hooked!

I do have a home studio that I do yoga, zumba,pound,barrre and,cardio Mix. I do pure barre once a week....WOW, it challenges my body, mind and soul. It allows all the work I do at my home studio really show up!

My favorite work out! It’s upbeat, fun and challenging. You will definitely feel and see a difference quite quickly. It’s different every time so it never gets boring, especially since they do the classic and reform. The instructors are all very welcoming and helpful as they come around to help/adjust you. It can be expensive, so I recomend buying the clas packs instead of paying per class. I wish Rochester had the class pass app!

Pure Barre is AMAZING!!! I tried all 3 classes (Classic, Reform, and Empower) and loved the variety in all of them. The instructors were very friendly and encouraging throughout the classes and made every class unique. They were very involved in correcting my technique and challenged me to work hard. This was by far the best workout I have had in a long time (and I usually go to the gym 5 days a week). I am obsessed and cant wait to go back!!

Pure Barre is the best- physically, mentally, emotionally! I feel so relaxed, yet energized when I finish each class. Pure Barre allows you to be very mindful during your work-out with focusing on your body and abilities. The classes are hard but doable. And you don’t have to be an expert. The instructor will guide you along the way.

Pure Barre is an amazing exercise experience. I was new to the area and was planning on looking for group exercise, maybe yoga or pilates. A friend recommended Pure Barre and so I went and LOVED it. It is great for strength and toning and you can tell instructors put thought into each class and the order of exercises, not to mention some GREAT music. I would recommend this to anybody.

Just finished the free week at Pure Barre Rochester. Went four days! It was tough and fun. The instructors are helpful and inviting. On my first day the instructor loaned me a pair of sticky socks and i liked the class so much i purchased a pair after class. I like that it is easy on the joints and isometric. This will really create lean strength and stamina, i think.
Update: signed up for another month... have now finished 15 classes (3 weeks total) at pure barre Rochester, MN. Each class I learn more details and feel more comfortable with the movements. It is still hard, but am feeling more strong each week.

My mom discovered this place when she was visiting me during my internship at Mayo Clinic. I am not one to take group fitness classes so I was hesitant to join my mom but I instantly fell in love! As an early birthday present my mom bought me a membership to finish up my last 5 weeks in town and I have absolutely loved it! The instructors have been amazing and the classes are never the same. I love that you know the structure of the class and that it follows the same basic order but like I said, it is never the same. Also, as a long distance runner and someone training for a half marathon, to have the option for a low-impact strength training class is awesome and there are not a lot of options! I have truly grown stronger in the past month and will definitely miss having this studio when I return home. So to anyone living in Rochester wondering if they should try Pure Barre, I 100% recommend at least trying out the free week.. but I guarantee you will be hooked!

After taking my first class at the Rochester location, I was instantly hooked on Pure Barre. The instructors are all so kind and motivate me to try my hardest. The overall atmosphere is extremely welcoming, and I look forward to going to class every time! I would highly recommend taking Pure Barre classes in Rochester!!

Full discosure, I'm about to start teaching here. BUT, that in itself should speak volumes. I started taking classes here a couple of weeks after they opened. I found the workouts to be really hard, but very enjoyable. In the past, I wound up with a couple of injuries from different workouts. I don't worry about that with Pure Barre though. I've lost weight and toned muscles that I hadn't found before. With PB's focus on working muscles to the point of fatigue, this workout also strongly challenges my brain! I truly have to get out of my head to not bail out when it gets hard and find that muscle shake!
One of my favorite parts of Pure Barre is the environment. Everyone is so incredibly supportive and inspiring. All victories are celebrated, large or small. When other people express that they're proud of you for an accomplishment, it reminds you to be proud of yourself.
I love Pure Barre so much that I felt I had to be a bigger part of it. I'm hoping that through teaching, I'll be able to help other people feel as awesome as Pure Barre has made me feel.
If you haven't already tried Pure Barre, do it. You won't regret it.

I can not say enough good things about Pure Barre Roch and the staff in Rochester!!! I started when I was around 20 weeks pregnant and was able to take class until 2 days before I delivered! I fully believe it helped keep me strong during my pregnancy and is now helping me bounce back. I recommend this class to anyone. Try it out, you will not regret it!!!!

I wish I could say I was a natural born runner or weight lifter but neither of those are in my genes! Pure Barre has truly been my post grad saving grace to stay healthy, fit and promote self care! I know that every time I come to class, I will get an awesome full-body workout. I like that I always know where I am in the flow of class, but you never take the same class twice and never get bored. You have to stay mentally engaged to listen for changes, so you just automatically put other stressors out of your mind for that hour! The Classic and more cardio-centric Empower classes are great compliments to each other.

I have ALWAYS hated group workouts. I love to run by myself but I was sick of the "same old" weight lifting routine. Rochester's Pure Barre location was super convenient for me, so I gave it a try around Thanksgiving. I fell in love with it immediately! I've discovered muscles I didn't know I had! Plus I love that, even though the workouts are challenging, they're as challenging as YOU make them. Having a rough day? Take it easy on yourself and do the best you can. Ready to rock it? Give it your all and feel the burn. I also so appreciate that I never feel judged when I'm in the class because everyone is so focused on their own workout. If you've never tried it, your first week is free so there are really no excuses not to give it a go! Oh - and the instructors are the best. :)

Ok... so full transparency, I am an instructor here, therefore this review might seem 101% biased. But... listen to my story! I started as a complete newbie when Pure Barre opened in Rochester. I thought I would collapse in my first class, it was SO hard! (and I thought I was in OK shape - I do a couple halves a year). I just HAD to come back and keep fighting at it. And within a month, I started seeing results... not only is this the most efficient work out ever (if you are looking to get strong and toned), it is also completely addicting. Never did I think that a strength work out could be that way!! Fast forward to 8 months later, I love it so much, that I am humbled to be teaching. And the bonus - I have gotten to grow with and be surrounded by an amazing community of women (and a few super cool dudes ; ) who support each other in this journey. I freakin' heart this place!

I love Pure Barre - Rochester MN! I hadn’t truly worked out in 2 years, yet the First Week Free and discounted Intro Month motivated me enough commit to a year membership. The results don’t lie and you’ll be more toned then ever before! Also I love how the instructors know your name and will encourage you and make minor corrections to your form during class; it makes for a very personal experience.
