Pure Barre is truly for everyone and anyone!!!!! I had never taken any type of workout class ever before. When I decided to go in and check it out I wasn't even currently doing anything for fitness. I was a busy single mom who worked remotely during the day, sometimes it felt like never moving out of my desk chair then after school full mom mode running kids to their programs and trying to keep the kids busy and off the couch.
I wanted to feel better and not let another year go by where my back & neck got so bad I needed to go back to physical therapy. I knew I needed to move my body so I could feel better but also knew I needed something to hold myself accountable.
I saw an ad on facebook for a free trial class, after that, I took the leap and signed up for classes. I knew I needed to prioritize something for myself. The coaches are AMAZING!! They are empowering, friendly, helpful and always approachable. No-one is judging you. Everyone has their own story as to what brought them to each class and they are focused on themselves. It's truly you against yourself.
They have 4 different styles of classes. I was intimidated to try the Empower class but you truly go at your own pace with weights. The coaches help you with your form so you can get the best results. The Align class is great also, really helps you get stretched out and feel your best. They do special sessions and host fun events - you can always find information on their facebook and instagram pages!
I have been taking the classes for about 8 months. I truly feel better in my own body, stronger, my mental health has improved, and feel like I am finally doing something for myself which is hard to do when you feel like life is 50% Work and 50% Kids.

I joined Pure Barre because I was looking to rebuild strength and balance after an injury to my left lower body, but the benefits I've experienced go far beyond helping my recovery! Barre is such a great low impact workout - my body, and my mental health, are getting stronger by the day! The instructors are awesome, kind and knowledgeable, offering encouragement to embrace the shake, and form adjustments when needed. The community is great and everyone is welcoming and encouraging, each person just there to get stronger! If you've been thinking about checking it out, wait no longer!

After 3 kids and not working out for a few years I started classes 6 weeks ago and I am LOVING it. No matter where you are in your athletic abilities (or lack thereof), you can do barre as the instructors are excellent at walking you through the moves and making manual adjustments to the positions to help ensure you’re doing things correctly. Plus (huge plus!), everyone is so friendly and welcoming! Love savage pure barre!

Pure Barre is hands down the best workout I have ever experienced. As a mom of 3 young kids, finding the time, motivation and energy to exercise on my own is near impossible for me. With Pure Barre I am able to take care of myself by getting an amazing low impact/full body workout that I won’t get bored with since there is a variety of different class formats and the routines are switched up frequently. Also the staff and instructors are always kind and cheerful - 10/10 recommend! ❤️

Absolutely LOVE everything about this place! It is SO much more than “just a workout.” It’s a community!! I went completely out of my comfort zone taking the engage class to learn more about what barre was and from that day I was hooked!! It’s an investment in yourself. It’s a non judgmental atmosphere that takes in people of all abilities, shapes and sizes. The instructors are top notch. always encouraging, always motivating, always teaching and inspiring you to be the best version of yourself! Within the community you are celebrated for the milestones you have reached which is also really neat! I just can’t say enough good things about this community from the owner to the instructors, front desk staff and other club members! I anxiously awaited the opening of the Pure Barre Savage, attending most all of the pop-ups and became a founding member as I was convinced that the new owners were going to be attentive and offer a high level of service. Before officially opening, they demonstrated this with the complimentary coffee, donuts, health muffins and swag bags at the pop-up events. They did not have to do this. During the month of July, we are all participating in Bingo with raffle prizes yet to be announced. The instructors are veteran Pure Barre instructors with many years experience and if they are new to the staff, it's clear they go through a very thorough training program before teaching classes. This is ending up to be a perfect place for me!!

Pure Barre Savage has cultivated the fitness community! From up an inch to down an inch - each of these tiny targeted movements provides your body with enhanced strength and flexibility! Having attended since opening I feel happier, improved my posture, and have been getting stronger! After attending over 100 classes and have yet to find a class that repeats itself. I started barre a few months ago and I can honestly say it has been the only workout I have felt motivated enough to consistently commit to.
