QuickHIT Fitness Labs is a personal training gym and studio where you can workout one-on-one with an experienced trainer and get healthy and strong in less than an hour each week. We use a high-intensity training method and specialized equipment that makes our 20-minute workouts extremely efficient, effective, and safe for people of all ages and fitness levels.

I have been working out at QuickHit since November 2019. This is the longest time I have stuck to a fitness routine in years. love the support Steven and Chris give me! They are knowledgeable and motivating. After taking care of many other people in my life, this is what I do to take care of myself. My workouts help me both physically and mentally. If you are thinking of joining, JUST DO IT! You will be glad you did!

I'm so glad that I signed up for QuickHit in White Bear Lake! Steven and Chris are so fun and knowledgeable about fitness, nutrition and health! I really appreciate that it is only a 20 minute commitment two times per week, so it's an extremely efficient use of time for the level of workout that you receive.I had lost some weight, then was doing intermittent fasting and messed up my metabolism and was very stuck. Steven knew exactly how to fix it quickly.
I love the six week assessments because the short-term goals keep me more accountable. I was very happy with the positive results of my first one! The Facebook group is very motivating too. I'm thinking this will be the new way that people approach fitness instead of trying to push ourselves for an hour every day at home or a gym. I knew that I should be doing something with weights, but never liked it and couldn't get disciplined about it. Now, I look forward to it because I have a great trainer and it's so quick!. I still go on plenty of walks, but they feel more like an extra activity that I enjoy, rather than a commitment. I'm thrilled to know that I will be successful with my weightloss goals and gain lots of lean muscle by following their program!

The QuickHit is an awesome program. I have tried other programs and understand how working out 4-6 times a week is not good for my body, mind and time management. Steven is a phenomenal coach and sends messages daily checking in on food and if any body aches. i am seeing great results and work hard for 20 minutes then i am done. The program is for everyone. I am 67 years old and I find it perfect. You will not be disappointed with the program, communication and private sessions. The program and trainers will exceed your expectations.

I have never been one to stick to a workout plan, but QuickHIT's is the best way to get a high intensity work out in 20 minutes!! Steve and Chris are the best!! They push me to do my best every workout and since joining the QuickHIT family I am seeing my strength increase, body turning fat into lean muscle and im losing weight!!

Started here due to the pandemic and gyms being closed. This is the first time I have not missed a scheduled appointment. I took a week off in December and I actually missed going to the gym. Mid-January was one year since I walked through the doors of QuickHIT. To say that QuickHIT has transformed my body would be an understatement. It is a very unique workout different than anything I have ever tried. The trainers are committed to helping you achieve your goals. Even after one year I am still building strength and losing inches. Really for the first time in my life I am confident that I can and will reach my fitness goals. I have never felt so successful in an exercise program as QuickHIT. It takes a long time to change your mindset about health and fitness, but QuickHIT has truly helped me with this journey. By far the best option for strength training around! Super challenging and effective. Zero worries about getting hurt due to personal trainers that know what they are doing. 20 minutes and you feel every muscle worked!

Excellent place to get yourself strengthened and fit! And doesn't take alot of time but it is worth the effort. So encouraging π I moved so I can't go very often but when I did go consistently, I saw fast results! I moved up to Brainerd area, wish they were up here!!

This was an awesome experience! Adam helped me seamlessly set up an appointment. As someone who doesnβt work out often, I like that this was 20 minutes and efficient. I donβt have time to go to the gym several times a week with my busy schedule. Joe was also really patient and encouraging. Iβll definitely be back!

I had my first workout at QuickHIT today. As an individual doing CrossFit for nearly three years, it provided a challenging and comprehensive workout comparable to all three CrossFit workouts I completed this week and in just 20 minutes! I canβt wait for my next session.
