RTB has been a life saver in numerous ways for me. The community and atmosphere of the place is welcoming and positive. The people (both the coaches and members) are helpful, fun, and encouraging. A great place to be to work on yourself both mentally and physically. Highly recommend!

Raise the Bar Fitness is not your standard weight-lifting gym - you are part of a community of motivating, considerate, and FUN people! It's not full of egos and intimidation, like you'll find at other clubs. Adam's knowledge of the way the body works and how the muscles and tissue function together is astonishing.
Not only do you get personalized programs and semi-private training, your membership includes: positive critiques, nods of affirmation, post-workout videos for extra tissue work, top-notch playlists, and (healthy) snacks! RTB's gym atmosphere keeps you pressing for more weight and squatting in laughter, as you're surrounded by people there to (dead)lift you up!
Adam and Kirby are fantastic trainers; always there when you need a helping hand, an acronym translation (what does CM MF mean anyway?!), or to add that extra weight to your lift!

Adam’s expertise and hands on teaching makes Raise the Bar a great choice, no matter your fitness and weight training experience. As a former high school athlete who had only dabbled in lifting previously, working with Adam has allowed me to rapidly increase my strength, hit my deadlift and squat goals, and most importantly; do it all safely!
