Great studio! Had awesome welcoming instructors that really helped me along the workout while still making it challenging. Would definitely recommend for anybody looking to get a good sweat in while being supported the whole way. The environment was motivating, fun, and beginner-friendly but still pushed me to give my best. I’ll definitely be coming back.

I’ve really enjoyed my experience at Refine Pilates! The instructors are welcoming, knowledgeable, and do a great job tailoring workouts to different fitness levels. The classes are challenging but fun, and I always leave feeling stronger and more energized. The studio is clean, well-organized, and has a very positive atmosphere. Grateful to have a reformer pilates studio in Buffalo! The instructors are wonderful - I especially love Saturday morning classes with Tanya. All instructors do a great job catering the classes to multiple levels of experience and abilities, and I've found my time here has improved my technique in my home workouts as well!

Earlier this year, I was searching for a local Pilates studio. I am so happy to have found Refine Pilates in Buffalo. The staff are absolutely amazing, well trained and knowledgeable. I quickly gained strength and balance and feel so much better. No matter where you are at in your journey, they can help you. It’s challenging, fun, and never repetitive. And if you have a physical condition going on, they can guide you through movements that will still allow you to fully benefit from participating. I also have benefited from the additional studio opening this year in St. Michael. The two studios offer opportunities for different sessions that work well into my schedule. I have been going to Refine Pilates for 3 years now and there is still something new in each class I take! I love the variety of exercises used to increase core strength, improve flexibility and balance, while also building and maintaining muscle. There are lots of knowledgeable instructors who always give tips on how to make the moves more challenging, or less challenging, based on what your preference is. We are fortunate to have two studios in the area with lots of great class options!

I have always loved to workout, but after years of wear and tear, my joints no longer agreed with what I had been doing. I was needing cortisone shots and fluid removal in my knees on a regular basis just to function. Pilates gives me a thorough workout with the added bonus of correcting joint instability issues. I am so grateful for Refine Pilates!

This studio is the best! I had zero reformer experience and did an intro class with Bobbi - she was amazing! Every instructor has been so kind and helpful while providing a great workout. I walk taller, feel stronger and I really enjoy my 55 minutes in the studio. There’s so many different skill levels in each class (the mixed level classes) but every person is super encouraging and friendly — something you don’t get everywhere you go. If you’ve been thinking about joining, this is your sign! You won’t regret it 😊

Refine Pilates in Buffalo has been amazing! I have always had interest in starting Pilates and they did such a great job of ensuring I feel comfortable and supported during my first few sessions! They will not just throw you into classes without ensuring that you are ready for it. Every class has been different and a great workout. There are always options to make something more challenging or easier and the size of the classes make sure that the instructor is able to support every class member during class! I would definitely recommend Refine to anyone interested in starting Pilates!

I have been a member of refine Pilates for almost 2 years and LOVE it!!! I am totally hooked, had not done this type of exercise before but can so tell the benefits I have and am getting! This includes balance, strengthening, endurance, energy, have SO many moments during outside work, playing with my grandkids, walking, climbing that I can attribute to my Pilates workouts!!! Also appreciate the cleanliness, small class size, and the wonderful, CARING instructors that you get at these classes!!! Highly recommend this form of exercise! Oh ….. I am 70!!! My doctor also said it’s great for osteopenia!! Great way to increase bone density!!!

I just started Pilates and I love it already! I was honestly nervous going into my first class, not knowing anything...but the instructor was so nice and helpful! It made coming back the next class easier. So far I have had 3 different teachers, and they all have been so great! Coming from Crossfit and other high energy workouts, Pilates helps me focus on stretching, and really getting into slower full body movements. I feel so good after, and even better after waking up the next morning! I am still a beginner and learning the ways of Pilates, but so far I really like it! I spent way too long debating on starting, so just sign up!! :)

I love Refine Pilates! They truly welcome every body and meet you where you're at in your pilates/fitness journey. The instructors are encouraging and classes can be challenging but can also be easily modified for injury or differing abilities. I've been coming to Refine for three years and I'm quite sure I've never had the same class twice...it never gets boring! I'm very thankful to have found a place that I truly enjoy attending to work on strength, flexibility, balance, posture and general wellness! Whether you're 18 or 80, male or female, fitness freak or couch potato, Refine Pilates is for you!

1,000 times yes. This place has gotten me functional. I recently was desperate to build muscle and stuck. I was soo much stronger 3 months in and now I have much more strength at 6 months. I can tell. My family and friends can tell. I can engage more and trust that my body will hold together. Bobbi knows the body well and doesn’t just pay attention to the pretty muscles, she works on the building blocks of the back, the triceps, what we need to hold our posture, the muscles to help protect the low back, and the shoulder shoulder shoulders. Sheesh, not to mention the core, which is obvious when it comes to Pilates but it’s so much more than that. I’m so grateful!!!
