I have been going to Chris for about 6 years now. I started with classes and went to personal training. So many people ask me about my workouts and its hard for them to understand I started working out to help with depression and anxiety....some would say "why not go to a Dr", I believe that a workout beats any medication...sure it's easy to pop a pill, but get up, get moving and you will see the difference; Inside and Outside. "When YOU feel good about yourself, everything else around you is good! " If you want to feel and see a difference, Call Chris and set up a one on one time....it's worth it and you'll be happy you did it. Renaissance Fitness is not a GYM, it's More than that!

I get a great workout in much less time than I would spend at a regular gym. Each workout is different from the last one and Chris helps us get the most out of every class.

I have been coming here for 18 months. When I started i was in good shape but now i feel the strongest I've felt in 20 years. I am 62 now. It is fun to workout with a group of people that motive and encourage you throughout the whole class. Chris is a great coach and motivator. If you want to work hard and get the most out your fitness commitment come here right now.

I have been coming to Renaissance Fitness for many years. One of the best workouts to try. Every class is different and you feel amazing each time you are done. Each instructor is very encouraging and they treat you like family. If you haven't tried a class you are missing out.

I've been coming here for a year or so. Before attending classes, I'd never picked up a kettlebell. Chris is an excellent instructor and formats classes to challenge any level of skill. He can push and motivate you to work outside of bounds you didn't think were possible! This is the place to go if you want a good workout in a friendly, but challenging environment. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

I’ve been coming here for about three years and this place is awesome! Great work out, great instructors, and fun people to work out with. The classes are challenging — both from a cardio and strength work out— but are accessible to any ability level. Highly recommend Renaissance Fitness!!

I was looking for a change and found the Kettlebell Skool in Forest Lake. It's been my main workout point for the last 5 years. Chris is a leading instructor/trainer who has helped me achieve the results I'd been seeking. He switches up the classes to keep it interesting and fun for the group. I've enjoyed the friendships made over the years at Renaissance Fitness.

I have been coming here for almost two years now. It is an excellent workout. Chris is a fantastic instructor. If you are looking for something more than just running on a treadmill, check this place out.
I didn't know what to expect in a kettlebell class when I started and I almost didn't go. I'm glad I did. It is a fun, group workout. Chris picks the routines, you pick the weights and the intensity. It is challenging, but very doable. It really will be the best hour of your day.

I love this place! My wife (Jodi) and I can participate together enjoying the same exercise program, but use our individual weight sets. Excellent weight lifting/cardio combo workout. Chris is an awesome instructor and motivator! Working out can be fun when it's in the right environment with a group of like minded partners.
