Thrilled with my experience at Restored Strength! Such a fun and friendly atmosphere and William & staff are so skilled and helpful. Within the first month I could notice I was getting stronger and walking taller!

I've never been very motivated, in the past, to workout...until I came to Restored Strength. It's fun, customized towards your goals, and super friendly! After about 5 weeks, I'm feeling much better physically. I look forward to continuing my health journey with Restored Strength!

I have been going to this gym for about 3 months. I've really really enjoyed my time there. I joined because I found myself having difficulties staying motivated on my own.
William is a great trainer and he is very friendly. I've never felt like I don't belong and I have never felt like anyone is judging me. I'd say that if you were looking for a personal trainer or someone to help keep you motivated/hold you accountable this is the best place to go in the Marshall area!
During my time here I have noticed that people join with all different levels of experience with different fitness goals. This ranges from absolute beginners to the more experienced individuals. He is able to work with all of them. I'd say that I am more halfway between and I have never felt like he had any difficulties integrating me into a group and he has never struggled to come up with appropriately challenging exercises. Regardless of your experience, William will make sure you are doing all the exercises correctly. He strives to make sure that you are performing the exercise using the correct motions and muscle groups and help ensure that you don't injure yourself.

tl;dr
If you need help/motivation to get into shape this is the place for you. You'll never feel out of place and everyone is very welcoming. Oh, and I believe he does free consultations! :)
