I’ve worked with Clayton for about three years. My favorite are his small group, in person training sessions because he holds me accountable in making sure I make it to the gym regularly. It’s always fun, and I love the results!

I have been working with Clayton at Revolution Fitness for over two years now. I have finally lost the weight I have not been able to lose after years of trying & also noticed a huge difference in my muscle tone. I am stronger than I ever thought I could be & am shocked at the things I can do now that I couldn’t before! Most importantly my confidence has grown so much. I've used Revolution Fitness since its inception and I love it. The app makes my work outs super efficient. They are custom to my needs and goals I have set. Everything is laid out tracks reps and weight used and videos for new works outs to make sure I'm using correct form. From the beginner to a veteran gym goer I highly recommend it.

I have been going to Fitness in Motion and training with Coach Clayton for over a year now. Classes and training are very motivating, tailored to my specific goals and love seeing the changes in myself and confidence over this time. I leave my sessions feeling like I’ve had a great workout and out in the hard work I have more energy overall! Getting the extra added nutrition support is a plus!. It has helped my tremendously physically and mentally as well. The program changes as I need and also holds me accountable. Flexibility with scheduling has also helped me in my fitness journey!
