A stunning atmosphere with kind practitioners. I make it a priority to visit the Center from Canada each year. Both yoga and meditation classes are inviting and engaging. I highly recommend folks check out the building in its entirety as it really is magical!

A hidden gem. Beautiful venue for yoga, meditation, martial arts, seminars, spiritual practice, etc.
Be sure to check out the downstairs "cave" room.
