We really like ROGA! My son has gone for maybe 2 yrs. The only annoying thing is after 3 seasons, they still just recommend him for boys beginners… I feel like there’s been no advancements and he’s been in the same place from the beginning. Even before ROGA he has been in gymnastics for 3 yrs prior to coming here (5 yrs total). It makes me wonder why, or if he’s even being taught anything or they’re just running around playing?

We had my daughter’s 4th birthday party here. They did an outstanding job at planning activities for the kids, decorating the party room, and cleaning up everything after. They also provided cake, ice cream, and drinks! I would highly recommend having your kids party here!

My kids have been taking regular classes and attended several of the summer camp programs for the last year. They throughly enjoy their time at ROGA. The coaches are so enthusiastic and great them by name. The coaches and staff work hard to ensure each kid receives the instruction they need to be successful and enjoy learning.

My son loved Camp ROGA this summer! The creative themes kept things fun and exciting all summer long, the staff was wonderful, and it was such a positive experience. We’ll definitely be back next year!

I was not impressed at all with ROGA summer camp. My daughter didn’t enjoy herself either. She told me the staff were rude and she wasn’t able to build a connection with them. On the first day of summer camp I watched from the window and saw a group of teenage staff standing in a circle talking instead of watching the children. The front desk reception has concerning behavior, so I have no idea how she’s at a children’s environment at all. It left me questioning how carefully they choose their employees.

We’ve been taking my 3 year old daughter here for a little over a year now. Love the classes, the instructors and the class structures. They are so patient and encouraging to the little ones my daughter looks forward to gymnastics every week!

ROGA ran a wonderful summer camp experience for kids with a well balanced mix of thoughtfully themed art/crafting, age-appropriate gymnastics and engaging outdoor water play activities.

I didn’t feel welcomed at this establishment, and my daughter felt excluded as well. When we arrived for her trial class, I encountered a tall Caucasian woman with a ponytail who seemed unwelcoming and ignored me while I attempted to check my daughter in. I had to seek assistance from other staff members, but they didn't offer any help either. This has truly been one of the most uncomfortable experiences I’ve ever had, especially as a person of color. I would advise individuals who aren’t white to think twice before bringing their children here, as they may also feel out of place.

We are new to ROGA. My son has a hard time behaviorally especially when trying new things. Erik, his coach has been so patient, kind and encouraging. We cannot praise him and this experience enough. Highly recommend to build body awareness, confidence and social skills.

Our 11yo started tumbling at ROGA to complement her dance classes. She loves her coach! Kyiren has been a patient cheerleader through mental blocks about being upside down and Joey really helped push her past her fears and refine her skills!

Unfortunately, ROGA gymnastics gym lacks inclusivity for children with disabilities. Despite being invited to a birthday party for pre-schoolers, my daughter, who has both mental and physical disabilities, was denied participation due to a lack of reasonable accommodations. The absence of a policy for extra assistance left us feeling discriminated against and disappointed by the missed opportunity for our daughter to engage with her peers.

If I could give a 0 I would. My friends and I got together for a trampoline meetup from all around America and we were excited about going to this gym as a part of the event but little did we know that “THEY ARE THE ONLY ONES ALLOWED TO FILM.” There’s nothing on their website or building that says no filming allowed. The owner was the biggest Karen i’ve ever met in my life and it says in the waiver that we have consent to film and post on social media.

Kassi is a wonderful addition to the ROGA team. My daughter loved her weekly class with Kassi. Kassi fosters a welcoming environment and treats all of the kids the same. We appreciate the work you put in!

EDITED 12/22 - ROGA NO LONGER HAS ADULT GYMNASTICS. :-(

I had been searching for a gym that had an adult class and found that ROGA was the only one in Rochester that currently has a class for adults. I was hesitant to sign up and give it a go because its been greater than 20 years since I was a gymnast (I'm 40ish)!! I finally decided to try out their fee trial for the class and was so delighted by how much fun it was! The class is loosely structured by Coach Zach who leads drills and conditioning for anyone who would like to participate, but you can also do your own thing in an open gym structure. Typically there are anywhere between 5 and 12 adults present with individuals of ALL fitness levels and gymnastics experience. I am so happy that I have the opportunity to get back into the sport that I love with this class at ROGA!!

My 2 year old attended the 2 - 4 year old class. I signed her up because she's always climbing and trying to do handstands on just about anything in the house. Plus I was very excited to have a daughter and enroll her in gymnastics. Do not make the same mistake I did and waste your money on your 2-year-old! Unless you have a 2-year-old that is an amazing listener and loves to transition from one activity to the next every 5 minutes. This class is great for 3-year-olds that can handle that, but more ideal for 4-year-olds in my opinion. For the price that was paid they would be better off offering four one-on-one lessons with a smaller child and give suggestions on things that you can do at home to practice for when they are old enough and ready for an actual gymnastics class. Most of the activities are out of the younger kids physical ability to even do it or mentality to understand what activity they are supposed to be doing. I will say that the facility is very nice and the instructor does well with the older kids that will listen. I do plan on enrolling her at Roga again in a couple of years when it would be more worth my money and everyone's time.

I visited the large facility on Friday and was very impressed with what they offer our community. Molly & Carley were passionate and knowledgeable about their various programs and opportunities for young kids to get involved and develop their gymnastic skills and discover the world of opportunities that lie in front of them. They also have a reasonable priced meeting/party room that includes a lot for the price and would be a great place for an party featuring free-play and gym-related activates.

We enrolled our daughter in gymnastics shortly after the gym opened, and I just want to say that my husband and I have never seen Georgia shine so bright with confidence and joy like she does walking into the gym every week. ROGA has become her happy place and where she feels her very best! Each staff member greets us with a smile and I want to give a special shout out to Carly and Coach Sarah! You ladies are absolutely incredible and we're so blessed to be a part of the ROGA family! Thank you all for what you do!

In the very first session, my daughter learned more at ROGA then she did in the past 24 months of her previous gymnastics sessions we went to elsewhere. The trainers take time with each child and ensure they are learning to the best of their ability. The staff is beyond amazing and the compassion they have for the program and gymnastics is passed on to each child who attends. I highly recommend ROGA to anyone who is on the fence of attending, you will not be disappointed!

The gym is a beautiful venue for lessons. Two instructors for a group of 8 children. Each child could execute hops, somersaults, balance beam, trampoline, and tricks at 6-8 stations in an hour. Good socialization and different aged gymnasts to view.
