I had an amazing experience working with Kelly!
From the moment I walked in, the she was incredibly friendly and helpful. The ambiance is always inviting and comfortable. She made the whole process smooth, ensuring I felt comfortable throughout. I’ve tried everything from a personal trainer, yoga to physical therapy and had almost given up on the journey to find someone to help relieve the intense pain I was in. She truly has the magic touch, not only has she clearly mastered her profession. I was completely impressed with the amount of patience and undivided attention to my needs and body. I cannot stress enough how amazing this is experience has been. My posture is better, my ability to notice what I need to adjust throughout the day so my body doesn’t hurt, are tools that have helped me tremendously throughout the day. Kelly also offers packages that made me stay consistent, please do yourself a favor and check out her work, you will not be disappointed!

I had the most amazing experience working with Kelly. As a trained pilates professional, it was refreshing to work with someone who not only knew the classical pilates system, but was also knowledgeable in the overall muscular-skeletal system. She helped me in fixing my rib flare (post-baby) all while giving me an amazing workout.

I’ve been learning Pilates here for almost a year now, and Kelly is the reason I fell in love with Pilates.
She teaches with great patience, always taking the time to listen and answer any questions I have. If I’m not doing a movement correctly on the reformer, she guides me to feel the engagement either on the floor or against the wall which really helps me understand what I’m doing.
Kelly’s teaching style is flexible. She tailors exercises to address any discomfort I may have and provides me with post-class exercises for self-practice. She pays close attention to correct my movements and emphasizes points of engagement during class. Even after repeating the same exercise for several sessions, I continue to learn something new, which is remarkable.
Booking her classes is also flexible, unlike other institutions that require a fixed number of sessions per month.
I’ll strongly recommend her to my friends!

Kelly is a fantastic pilates instructor with education in postural science. She has a very easy-going relax style, which is great, especially for beginners. She has a strong pilates background, switching up the exercises to get a balanced workout. And she is very easy to work with and willing to explain how it all fits together.
For several years I was experiencing severe lower back pain. The pain would seem to go away after some physical therapy, but then return as bad as before. During the pandemic I decided to try some online pilates course, hoping strengthening my core would help my back. It may have helped a little, however the pains continued. I didn't want to give up on pilates; I just was not sure I was doing it correctly. It's difficult to judge "form" when working with online video sessions. So I began looking for a pilates instructor to provide one-on-one in-person guidance. Kelly was the perfect choice! I've been working with her for over a year and I am sure my form is better - and my core is stronger - and most of all, I haven't experienced major back pain for months. As I mentioned, Kelly is also knowledgeable in postural science. She's networked with other postural restoration practitioners, and put me in touch with a trainer (strength training) and physical therapist (focused on postural science) who complimented the pilates training. I am pretty convinced this 'team' is the reason for my back improvement and for my overall body improvement.

Kelly is an amazing instructor. She’s by far the best one I’ve had. Great at giving cues and explaining how to move your body. Definitely have gotten better at Pilates since going to her. 100% worth it!

Kelly is absolutely amazing, and I would HIGHLY recommend anyone who is interested in Pilates, learning more about their body or fixing any body aches to go see her. She truly changed my life. She is so patient and takes the time to thoughtfully think about the way your body moves and any specific needs you have. She is incredibly knowledgeable and continues to expand her knowledge and ways of teaching. On top of it all, she is an enjoyable person to spend time with! Well worth it!!

I found Kelly through a Google search when I moved to the area a couple of years ago, and I’m so glad I did! I truly look forward to our sessions each week. Over time, I’ve seen my body get stronger and more flexible, and Kelly has been the driver of that progression through Pilates. She’s always patient but knows when to challenge me, I love it!
