My Son has been training with Luke over the summer and into fall. He absolutely loves going to the sessions and never wants to miss any of them! I’m so thankful he is learning how to train with good form,It will help him with all of his sports.

My son is a three sport athlete (wrestling, football and baseball) and does weekly personal training sessions with Rowh fitness. He has improved his strength, endurance, and mindset on and off the field/mat. I highly recommend Rowh fitness training to anyone who is looking to improve their overall well-being. My son is always looking forward to these training sessions and comes home feeling stronger and excited about the next session.

Our 10 year old son trained with Luke this past summer. He loved it so much he is going to train throughout the school year as well. Luke taught the boys the correct way to train and made it fun as well. He never wants to miss a session. It has been a great experience and cannot wait to see what he teaches the boys next!

Luke worked with our 10 year old son a few days week thought out the summer. My son genuinely enjoyed going to lift with Luke and never once complained about going. He said it was hard work but Luke made sure he fun all at the same time. I cannot recommend Luke enough!!

My 10-year old son spent a few days a week this summer in a group fitness setting with some of his teammates. He never complained about going and we watch him develop strength and confidence. Luke did an amazing job with these kids. If you’re on the fence about training with Luke - either for yourself or a loved one - JUST DO IT!

I came to Luke for some strength training goals as a42 year old man. I left with blowing this out of the water due to his expertise in unique workouts and encouragement. He also is very knowledgeable when I ran into some minor injuries and is someone I rely on for advice to get back to work quickly. You are in great hands with a trainer like Luke!

I worked out with Luke for just over 6 months before getting an injury (completely unrelated) that required me to stop lifting for some time. Luke is attentive, does everything he can - including research on his spare time to learn more about how to help you through various issues - and very personable on top of that. I’d initially been extremely nervous to start working with a personal trainer but any worries I had faded quickly working with Luke. The best part was seeing my own benchmarks fly by and sharing in that enthusiasm with Luke. He keeps you motivated. If you’re looking for a trainer in Hastings or nearby, he’s your guy!

I have been with Luke for almost 2 years and have enjoyed every minute. Luke has helped me achieve several professional and personal goals.

The Veterans Health Administration and Mayo Clinic doctors both told me that I would always have shoulder pain with a lack of mobility due to an incident. Luke helped me gain shoulder stability and strength so I no longer have pain and can easily carry out tasks without having to stop, rest, or ice them.

Luke has also helped me with improving my Military physical test scores. He has helped me max the points for deadlift and standing power throw, while increasing every other event.

Luke had also made the experience enjoyable and engaging. He does not simply tell me what to do, but instead walks me through it, demonstrates exercises, asks if I have any questions, and supports me. He has also taught me about how to work out safely, at home workouts that are geared for me, and how to be more confident when working out.

Luke is an incredible trainer! I always enjoy the workouts. He really listens to your wants/needs and works with you regardless of what fitness level you are and creates a program specific to you. He has a way of explaining different lifts/exercises that is easy to understand and execute and you leave feeling more confident! I highly recommend Luke with Rowh Fitness and don’t see myself ever stopping the workouts with him!

Luke is a great coach and has helped me with form correction and programming for barbell lifts for over a year now. I've worked with other coaches before, and no one has been able to describe lifting cues simply as he does. I've increased all my core lifts (Back Squat, Deadlift, Bench Press, and Overhead Press) a substantial amount while working with Luke. He keeps workouts fun, simple, and hard! I would highly recommend anyone, regardless of fitness experience, age, etc., to try Rowh Fitness!

Awasome atmosphere! Working with Luke is very professinal and has a very personal feel. I started working out with Luke about a year ago after having Gullian Barre syndrome( an auto immune disorder in which my immune system attacked my nerves resulting in loss of mucle control and loss of feeling through body.) Luke helped me recover from a loss of mucle memory and 15lbs of mucle to where I am now stronger then I ever was. Love working with him! Great person and trainer!

I told Luke with Rowh Fitness I had two weeks to prepare for a fitness test. The test consisted of a 1.5 mile run, 300-meter sprint, vertical jump, push-ups, sit-ups and bench press. I am not someone who enjoys being in a gym. My excuse is always that “I don’t have time”. Luke pushed me and taught me it doesn’t take hours in the gym to be successful in my own personal growth.
In only two weeks Luke helped me increased my 1.5 mile run from 12m45sec to 11m8sec. My 300meter went from 58sec to 50sec. My max bench went from 215 to 235. My vertical went from 19” to 21”. This was after only two weeks with Luke preparing for the fitness test.

Luke made the experience fun and exciting. He personalized a workout plan and we worked out at my pace to accomplished my goals. He was with me start to finish during each of my sessions showing me the correct form and technique.
His gym has everything needed to accomplish short term and long term personal fitness goals, no matter what they are.

My son has trained with Luke for the past year. He has gained a great deal of strength and agility. My son has been given compliments about how wonderful his form is when lifting in one of his high school lifting classes. Luke pushes his clients, while at the same time ensures they are using the proper form. Luke is a great trainer and very personable. I would strongly recommend him!!

I've been working out with Luke for around 1.5 years and what I can say is that I've had a stellar experience. Luke is very attending to his clients and helps reach your goals. He is also very knowledgeable so any question you ask, he will have an answer. Luke is also flexible with scheduling; I am always on the go whether it's studying, meetings, or anything that pops up, all I do is let him know and we schedule another time that same day. I feel very comfortable when working out and to me that plays a big role in my experience. If someone told me that they are looking for somewhere to workout and with a trainer, I would give them Luke's information.

Where to start, joining Rowh Fitness was the best decision I have ever made. Luke has been my personal trainer for a year and a half now and I don't know where I would be with out him. When I first started working with Luke I was so nervouse, scared and afraid. Nervouse because it was the first time ever in my life working with a personal trainer and I didn't do so well working out in front of people. Scared because I didn't want to make a fool of myself for not being able to physically do simple workouts, and afraid that this would honestly be a short time thing like all of my other weight loss attempts have been. I also was afraid because with having type 1 diabetes their are some days where I need accommodations. Luke has always worked with me to accommodate what I need and what my body needs during those times. I no longer have those fears, instead I am always ready for what he has instore for me at each session. Luke is also very resourceful, and truly cares about his clients. He definitely goes above and beyond for each individual he trains with. Even when training in groups he makes sure to take the time to make sure everyone's needs are being met.
