My personal experience with Scott, the gym owner, has been very educational and rewarding. Unlike the other gym chains or franchises, Scott will take the time to help you achieve your goals. His reward is to watch you succeed. Unlike cross fit gyms he offers a bootcamp every Monday thru Thursday and Saturday with a complete full body work out, meeting your strength and cardio needs. His outside the box thinking has inspired me to keep coming back for his boot camps. It's not often you repeat the same workout. His knowledge for personal health is impressive. I highly recommend his gym for any skill level you may be at.

Awesome coach for the boot camps I attend and powerlifting comps. Great atmosphere and awesome people that are part of the team. All levels of experience and everyone gets out of it what their level of skill can handle. Highly recommended.

Scott Sutherlin Fitness has the best boot camp classes around! Scott, the owner and instructor, is incredibly knowledgeable and always puts on a good class. This gym is full of motivation and helpful people. Also a great place for weightlifting and strongman training!
