Justin is the best! He looks at your goals and your body and makes a plan that is specific and yet sustainable for you. My boyfriend has been going to him now and has said that Justin is the only trainer he has ever felt totally confident and comfortable with. I worked with Justin on rehabbing my ankle. It was a bad basketball injury. Justin got me on the road to recovery a lot faster than I would otherwise have been. Justin is attentive, disciplined and very educated as a trainer. He starts with a solid plan but adapts as needed to suit your needs. I have a lot of irrational fears surrounding body injury and Justin addresses them while pushing my body just far enough to create a new, positive event associated with working out. In March of 2022 I made the decision to get my life back, eat healthier and start working out again. I met with Jamie and he seemed very trust worthy, didn't feel like i was getting false information. He asked me what my goals were. I told him I wanted to loose weight, get back into shape as I wasn't very mobile, hurt knee, 2 hurt shoulders and just felt drained and tired all the time. Most importantly I wanted to get back into crossfit. First photo is my first day 277lbs. The other photo In the black shirt is me at 235 pounds at 6 months in. The photos in the purple shirt are me competing in the 2023 crossfit open at 210 lbs.
I started working with Justin and Jamie both not to long after I started and I have 0 complaints. I put in the work, I asked questions and I got accurate answers that led to more results. Anyone looking to change their life style, get fit, functional, or just needs help getting started. This is the place to go, the people to talk to.
On top of getting back into shape Juastin helped me understand me knee pain and shoulder pain and allowed me to learn to strengthen the muscles that help support those joints and reduce pain to a very manageable state.
I didn't use any supliments except for protien powder 1 or 2 times day, a multivitamin and fish oil. Completely natural results with healthy eating and exercise. I didn't starve myself, I ate healthy whole food ranging from 1800 to 2200 calories a day, averaging 160 to 180 grams of protein.

Jamie and Justin are wonderful personal trainers. They are very professional, knowledgeable, friendly and immediately put me at ease with any of my anxieties. At 48 tender years of age I never really spent any time in a gym before. Within six months I now know my way around a gym, feeling more comfortable in my skin, and down 20 lbs. I’ve seen my resting heart rate go from the mid 60’s to 48. My VO2 max has changed from below average to excellent and my fancy watch says my fitness age is 20! I don’t even know what that means, but pushing 50 I’ll take it!! I also have a very weird work schedule, Jamie was more then happy to work with me and created a program that fit my craziness. If I could give Serious Personal Training more then 5 stars I would.

Jamie is an amazing coach. He combines humor with competence and focus on results.
I’ve been working with him for about a year now and my goals were to
1) fix my injuries - my back doesn’t hirt anymore
2) get stronger - I did a 405lbs deadlift ar 190 bodyweight
3) avoid more injuries. Haven’t gotten hurt
So all my goals have been met with great success and generally my body feels great.
My favorite thing about Jamie though is his humility rooted in spirituality - a very very rare quality in trainers. He will study, learn new things, adapt his ways to accomodate the customers needs and invite people into his practice that complement his skills. I just wanted to leave a review for Serious Personal Training as a way to tell people how much it has helped me.
In August I weighted 171Ibs, I started trying to lose that weight by myself but was doing it in very unhealthy ways and never knowing what I was doing or how to help. At some point I met a plateau of 144Ibs. I finally Joined Serious Personal Training and I have learned so much more about my body, how to take care it, how to lose weight the right way and how to even exercise correctly in a way that won't injure my body.
My goal starting here was to lose 20Ibs and I've done just that! I know I have a lot more to go until I get to how I want to be but I know with the help of Serious Personal Training I can get there.
I would like to also add that a lot of people may fear judgement when joining a gym or doing personal training but I can guarantee it's a fun, accepting environment that'll push you to be your best self. You just have to make sure to come in with a serious mindset 😉

Jamie at Serious Personal Training is the best trainer around. When I started, I consistently had back and neck issues (that I no longer have). Jamie worked with me to strengthen my back and neck, showed me correct ways to unlock my muscles.
Foam rolling is a huge part of the program which is key from keeping sore muscle at bay. Jamie has worked hard on gaining the knowledge on how to work with individuals with imbalances such as knee pain, neck pain, back pain and it shows in how he works with you. You can see that this is Jamies passion in life.
Jamie is upbeat, knowledgeable and flexible. When there have been some exercises that were too tough for me to preform, he would be able to change with ease and no judgement.
I was never the person that liked to lift weights, (in fact it gave me anxiety thinking about the sore muscles, not knowing the proper form). Working with Jamie has made me more comfortable with body weight exercises, bands and dumbbell exercises.
If you are looking for group/individual training and are ready to show up for yourself then Serious Personal Training is the program for you. You will not regret it!!!

I started with SPT in February 2020, in need of a change to my current fitness regime/lifestyle. I knew I wanted to continue to lose weight, build muscle/get stronger and get rid of the muscle soreness and Tony and Jamie instantly created a plan for me to do all of that. I had no idea you could workout without aches and pains, my muscles were tight to say the least (stretching was never my thing) and they immediately corrected that, I started feeling better and seeing changes to my muscles almost immediately, I wasn't as bulky and it showed. Jamie created a nutrition plan to get me out of starvation mode and actually start feeding my body and muscles the appropriate nutrients and calorie amount it needed, plus it was all real food which made it easier to incorporate in to my life as a busy mom of two, no running around to find weird ingredients and all kid approved. The smoothie is AMAZING and following the nutrition plan had the weight coming off! I couldn't be happier with my results and the time I had with them, would highly recommend anyone looking to get serious about their fitness and nutrition, they are absolutely amazing!

I was a person who exercised at home every day.
Push-ups, Sit-ups, pull-ups, triceps dips, squats and Treadmill daily one to two miles a day.
Xmas 2020 was a long season with covid and I knew I was going to gain 10 pounds. I expected that I would lose that weight easily after the New Year. Well at 50 years old that wasn’t happening workouts increased and ate less to encourage weight loss. Opposite thing happened I gained a couple more pounds.
I realized it was time for more than I could do alone. I Decided I needed to join a Gym. While researching which Gym to join I realized I will not know how to use the equipment once I get in there. I then looked for a Personal Trainer.
I met with a Jamie at Serious Personal Training in Mid February 2021. I was very clear on what my goals were. I wanted to lose 10-15 pounds and tone up in process. I also let him know I didn’t want to be sore to the point of not being able to move daily, I let him know I would quit if I get to that point. He said he would develop a plan that fit me and met my needs. I liked what he was telling me so I signed up & Joined Anytime Fitness at the same time.
Next day and First session was an assessment to see where I was at including measurements to develop a plan. We talked diet and I learned I was under nourishing my body between 1000 to 1200 calories per day. This was reason for not being able to lose weight. My body was in “starvation mode”. Not willing to let a calorie go, and extremely unhealthy. Complete opposite of what I was trying to achieve.
Made changes to diet immediately. Met with Jamie twice a week for 1 hour work out sessions. I learned how to use new equipment but most importantly I learned the correct form to get better results on the exercises I was doing at home too. Turns out I was doing more harm than good with bad form causing strains and tensions in wrong places. The corrective & stabilization exercises we went through in Phase One put me on a better path to meet my goals. I continued to work out at home twice a day and walk on the treadmill daily in addition to PT sessions.
Moving forward into Phase two I was losing a pound a week still working out at home and PT sessions with Jamie learning more. Had lost 4 pounds by mid March then had surgery and had to take a small break here. I then resumed training and continued on path to meet my goals.
By end of May I hit my goal to lose 10 pounds and was toning up at same time. New goals set to lose 10 more pounds and start thinking about toning up some more.
June I lost an additional 10 pounds and we moved into Phase Three. More toning exercises and tweaked form on excercises I do at home. So less quantity but better corrective movements and better results at the same time. I can see the difference in my body from February to Beginning of July. Very exciting!
Mid July I Have surpassed both of my weight loss goals total weight loss was 30 lbs. I have dropped 5 pant sizes and two shirt sizes. Time to change our goals again. I want to focus on toning/ building muscle mass and we will need to increase calorie count an additional 1000 calories a day and try to gain weight as we push forward into Phase 4.
Once we hit phase 4 (to build muscle) I increase PT from twice a week to three times a week.
Thru August and now into September 2021 I have successfully gained back 10 pounds and have noticeably toned up some more. I had to dial back on daily work-outs at home and alternate muscle groups exercised to every other day. Allowing them time to repair and grow. I have added protein supplements and others to help in growth and repair of muscles.
The journey continues I use PT 3 times a week with two trainers within Serious Tony & Jamie. I like the benefit of two different trainers. I get more info to help me build & maintain a better plan. The focus remains on building muscle and diet to help reach that goal. Still learning new exercises & equipment.
The “perfect body” is an ever changing goal. Enjoy your Accomplishments.

Jaime is an excellent personal trainer! I was nervous at first to start training but he really knows how to sell himself and his business. I was amazed with my results; my body looked more tone and i started to feel more confident. Jaime gave a lot of tips on how to eat healthier which was something I never really got with other personal trainers. It never felt like a chore to go to training; I was always excited to go and workout. I went to Serious Personal Training and started their program because I was unhappy with the weight I gained and I was in pain from my work in concrete and had low back and shoulder pain for a long time. I feel so great now after one month I lost 14.5 pounds following the Serious Nutrition Plan. While losing the weight I trained in their Corrective Exercise Program and now my pain is gone! They went over my goals and sat me down with me and broke my program down into a very digestible information. They set time and goals and what to expect if I do what along with the ability to reach out and get help if I ever needed it as well as very flexible times to train. Another great thing is that I had an issue with my my lower back that I wasn't aware of. Jamie helped me address and correct it and with that I've been noticing better improvements both in my back pain and overall lifting as well as just better posture and form in my workouts. All in all id highly reccomend the service whether your looking to shed a few pounds or increase strength I think there's something to be gained with this service.

In 2019, I started training with Jamie Stute at Serious Personal Training on a friend's recommendation. I had been slowly getting back into shape after a sport's injury left my hip muscles extremely tight, my range of motion limited, and in chronic pain.
What made Jamie different was that he assessed my physical strengths and weaknesses and acknowledged my fitness goals. Then he designed a training routine to specifically address these issues while building my overall strength and stamina.
In this process, I have learned so much about how to take care of myself. I have learned to 'lend an ear' to my body and distinguish what good versus bad pain is. I've learned the importance of rolling and stretching muscles to keep them limber and supple. With Jamie's consistent encouragement, support & knowledge, I have become more dedicated to living what I've learned, and it has become embedded in my lifestyle. When new issues with my symptoms would come up, he would adjust my training. I appreciate how he is attentive and flexible. I am still on the road to recovery, but I am happy to say I am better.
By February 2020, my muscles had loosened, and my range of motion had greatly improved. I was able to ski the mountains in Colorado!

I started training with Jamie about a month and a half ago. I wanted to gain strength and improve my balance and generally tone up. I am 71 years old in reasonably good health, but with arthritis and bad knees. Already the pain is nearly gone and I can easily go up and down stairs. The strength in my arms and legs has increased substantially. My balance has improved, my stamina has increased and my attitude is much more positive. I really enjoy the workouts and Jamie has made all the difference.

I’ve been working out with Jamie for about a year. I weighed 140 when I started and wanted to gain muscle weight while not not spending too much time at the gym. He knows his stuff and is constantly switching workouts so I can just show up and focus on lifting while he makes sure I have the proper form and am working all the right muscle groups.

Jamie is such a fun trainer to work with. I dont like going to gyms but I took the leap and tried out Jamie's cause I heard you get good results and there was one on one sessions. Jaime is a VERY GOOD personal trainer. He is affordable and very flexible. I have been with Serious Personal Training for 11 months now and have been very challenged and encouraged by his work. He's very knowledgeable in his Personal training and he lets you work out with other for longer which makes it worth your time. He is very good with pushing you but also knowing your limit. Despite being a person who has worked out most of my life, Jaime pushes me harder than I ever pushed myself. I get a lot more out of a 30 minute or 1 hour training than I ever have in my life and it is a lot more fun doing it. On top of that, he is very affordable gor individual and group sessions. My experience with serious personal training was a good one. I had gotten stronger and even lost some weight with Jamie's help and dietary instruction. The price range is a bit high but for the price you get every dollars worth of training.

My experience with Serious Personal Training has been awesome! For the past 6 years I have been working with him and he has taught me how to workout and change my program so I don't hit a plateau! He has also taught me how to meal prep and track my calories so I consistently lose body fat even if I am not working out! I am always being challenged and that's what I need:)
