We couldn’t be happier with our experience at Shooting Stars! The coaches have been incredibly patient and supportive, creating an environment where our kiddo is truly thriving. She absolutely loves attending both the weekly classes and the open gym sessions. The owner is fantastic and one of the most genuine coaches we’ve ever met in the gymnastics community. I highly recommend Shooting Stars to anyone looking for a nurturing and engaging gymnastics program where they actually care.

Do not recommend, highly unprofessional and rude customer service . They will ban you from
The gym completely for just asking about other people’s experiences there … they don’t allow the kids to practice more advanced skills that they may know how to do when in a certain class level . So they are held back from their potential there .. please go somewhere else . I had countless messages from people after I asked about people’s experiences that had left due to the unprofessionalism . As a former gymnast myself and and was also a coach for kids gymnastics i know a good gym when i see how the kids are coached , if their form is corrected or not , which a lot of time they let bad form slide instead of correcting it for the younger ones and they don’t make it fun . My daughter said the coaches were nicer at her other gym ! Do yourself a favor and don’t put your money in this gym

This gym absolutely amazing! I completely recommend this gym for kids. The coaches are amazing and supportive. The kids are able to have lots of fun and still be productive at the same time. I love this gym so much I 100% recommend!

I highly recommend this gym! The gym is the is big enough to make great relationships but also small enough for each gymnast to get needed attention! The coaches are fun and exciting. All gymnast any age are able to have fun and thrive! I love this gym and the relationships I have created through the time.

My daughter really loves it here. Coaches are nice to her, and she seems to be learning a lot. Thank you shooting stars for having a wonderful atmosphere for my child to grow and learn something she really enjoys.

I signed up for classes mid month and was prorated for the monthly cost, but next month no prorating cost for 3 sessions when previously stated that monthly average sessions were 4-5.
All billing is done through online with very bad communication through there email and phone calls.
Customer service nonexistent!
Friendly Albertville vibe nonexistent!
This place is very unpleasant and they treat you like a number or monetary guarantee with no thought of retaining customers or spreading good word to future customers.

Our kids enjoy the exercise, but the instructors are too young and lack authority. The 5 yr olds are almost self-directed at times. Young teachers have obvious favorites and have a prejudice against the non-favorites. One kid 'instructor' was almost picking on my boy and would not give him a sticker at the end of class. Pitiful.

Great gym. Both my kids enjoy this place. My daughter has competed for 3 years, and my son loves the classes. The confidence and respect they have learned, through their experiences, has been well worth it. I highly recommend this gym.

My kids both love Shooting Stars! My son loved the Ninja class. It kept him active and he learned many skills, such as listening in class. My daughter is in the competitive team, and I’ve watched her go from completely shy, to competing without fear! The coaches challenge the kids, and bring out the best in them! They truly get to know every child, and gymnast that goes there! I highly recommend!!!

So disappointed in this program. I was hopeful in the beginning and stuck it out for quite some time. Unfortunately, there was so much down time where the boys were literally doing nothing but waiting for them to set up or standing in line. The coaches are very young and I have not seen an ounce of enthusium from any of them in 3 months. There was no obvious change in the program set up and structure between the Li'l Ninjas and the White Ninja classes. I emailed a question at one point and never heard back. Lastly, The Ninja Zone program, to which this is a supposed franchise, talks about discipline and respect. There is a creed, a mission and a "ninja stance" - none of which have been spoken at class.

They do offer various classes but many of the instructors appear to be quite young and do not have a great deal of energy, which young children often need. They do have a large facility and a lot of equipment. They are moderately priced. Unfortunately, the instructors lacked energy and authority. It was too self-directed, at times, for our 5 year old.
