Gets very hot inside when it is warm out, AC must not be working right and management wont fix they have fans but that isn't a fix. Limited equipment. Bathroom are disgusting definitely doesn't get cleaned enough and the paper towels in bathroom are very frequently empty.

Gym is really small. You can get a decent workout if you’re creative and the equipment is working. Management doesn’t seem to put much effort into the place. Smells as if it hasn’t been cleaned in a while. Once a year upgrade fees do not go towards upgrading the gym. But there’s always fun notes from members to management when you get there in the morning.

If I could give zero stars I would. The staff was great but I have never had worse customer service from a business owner. I was overcharged when I first signed up, the owner refused to give me my refund and will not respond to me about when I will get my money back. It's stealing in my mind. Anytime Fitness just down the street has been amazing to work with - recommend going there.

No frills fitness center. Small space and not a ton of machines but the staff is friendly, the bathrooms are clean, and it isn't overly crowded like some of the bigger centers. Also a nice "workout room" that serves as a multipurpose space for yoga, cycling, or whatever else.

My only complaint is this. The members are charged an extra $30 twice a year for maintenance, and the water filter in the drinking fountain has needed changing for over a year? No joke. Many members have complained and management admits there are a number of them adding up. But 30×2×all members=thousands extra? But still no simple filter. What are they doing with our money?

I joined snap fitness in January 2017, when I joined I gave my insurance card to one of the staff members to get the discounted price until this day I been paying the full monthly amount on top of that in the month of April I was charged an extra $30.00 for gym upgrades which apparently gym upgrades are not covered by my monthly membership.
