I am fairly new to this gym location and so far, it’s been pretty surprising how much this small town gym has to offer!

There is a variety of equipment, it is kept fairly clean, and they are always offering different classes whether you’re a beginner or not. I also enjoy the fact that they offer post-workout protein bars/shakes (for a fee). Also, being open 24/7 is always a plus :)

An AMAZINGLY refreshing temple of peace and fitness!! Finally! Every time I'm there for upper body, I can take my shirt off and concentrate on my pecks and not all the dudes starring at me. A great gym with all the equipment you need! I also like that this Snap Fitness location is slightly bigger than most, so it doesn't feel very cramped. They have a dumbbell rack in the front but also a set of dumbbells in their back area. Smith machine and three bench/squat racks. Glad to call this my home gym!

At the time of my situation that occurred at this particular Snap Fitness, located in Chaska, the current new Snap Fitness Chaska gym owners (The Boeckers) haven’t even been under ownership for a full year. Significant point.
Over the Thanksgiving holiday weekend in 2023, I visited this Snap Fitness Chaska gym location on Sunday. I visited this location three times on the same day of Sunday for three separate workout sessions (morning,afternoon,evening). Completely normal behavior for gym members, especially in a 24/7 gym business. Many other Snap Fitness owners at other Snap Fitness gym locations can and have backed me up on this as well. To my surprise when I went in on that Sunday evening for my last workout session, the husband, Bill, spoke with me and became suddenly very disrespectful and rude in his demeanor in communicating with me. He explained that because I had three workout sessions in one day and because I used the restroom for ten minutes, he decided to kick me out of the gym. I also have a medical condition that has been well documented by licensed medical doctors in the state of Minnesota and I explained that numerous times to the Boeckers at Snap Fitness Chaska, but they still continued to ignore that part. HUGE RED FLAG.
Bill at Snap Fitness Chaska never gave me any chance to speak during the conversation, let alone care to even listen. Another huge red flag is the fact that he was gaslighting me by claiming I wasn’t working out when actually I was. Furthermore, I have several witnesses that have confirmed that I was working out and they also disagreed with how Bill at Snap Fitness Chaska was treating me. All true for the record. I have been going to different fitness studios & gyms for over ten years and I have NEVER ONCE been treated this way EVER from ANOTHER gym owner!!
Afew days after that situation, I soon realized that my gym membership was terminated. Not only is this incredibly unethical from a business standpoint, but I’ve actually been informed from numerous Snap Fitness gym owners that this is not legal and it certainly doesn’t follow business protocol. I’ve been a Snap member for almost two years, but based on the mistreatment I received from these NEWBIE snap owners, I will NEVER recommend anyone to join membership with Snap Fitness and at Snap Chaska!!
I am the cousin of multi-platinum country singer, Sara Evans, and I also used to live in Hollywood Hills with some of the most famous A-list movie stars, musicians, and celebrities, who are still my friends and I will never send them any celebrity clients to help support their business or help Ashley Boecker become a celebrity trainer.

In addition to all of this, Ashley Boecker (Landsverk) falsely claimed to be a "Neurologist" with a medical license. She did say this 100% and we have the receipts. It is both a state and federal offense to knowingly lie/pretend/pose/falsely claim to be a Neurologist with a medical license. Minnesota statutes 609.83 & 147.091. Ashley knew exactly what she was doing in that moment by falsely claiming to be a "Neurologist" with a license to undermine me and be dismissive. If someone is claiming to be a Neurologist, it is completely rational and reasonable to ask questions and verify their credentials and if that person can’t produce them, then that is a big problem. According to Ashley's LinkedIn, she only carries an Associate's degree and was a a former technician/technologist. Nothing wrong with those things, but in order to be a Neurologist with a license, one needs at least 12 years of education and training and Ashley has NONE of that. Further, according to the MN medical board database, no medical licenses were found under Ashley's last names. It is inexcusable and disgusting for anyone to claim to be "Neurologist" with a license when one is simply not. We will be meeting with MN medical board and the Federal Trade Commission with the receipts to discuss these matters and get to the bottom on why Ashley falsely claimed to be a "Neurologist" with a license.

Ashley has put in such great hard work not only expanding the gym but brining in amazing new equipment! From a 2 new cable machines, a sauna, so many more free weight, a new rack and now they have a hip thrust machine as well as a leg press machine! I love the fact that she really listens to what her clientele want, and finds away to make it happen!

I recently joined the is gym and couldn’t be happier! As a trainer myself I love seeing the variety of equipment, as well as the attention Ashley and her husband put into the gym. I recommend coming here and joining the chaska snap fitness!

This is a great branch of Snap with new and apparently very experienced owners! They have turned that snap around from what it was. Ignore the couple of duplicated reviews. These new owners clearly enforce a no drug policy and that one person is jacked and not on pre-workout!

While at Snap today, one of the owners came over and introduced himself and we had a nice chat. I was very pleased with he took the time to talk and was very welcoming. It gives me a good feeling about the gym that there are owners that care about the members.
The new paint job looks fantastic and they now have a rowing machine! I am excited about that!
Looking forward to continuing my progress at Snap in Chaska!

The new owners are awesome. They've put a ton of time into the gym, are optimizing the gym floor plan, are consistently cleaning equipment and bathrooms and lastly, being very present onsite and in the community. They have been super receptive of feedback and even do kind gestures like set out fruit and bars for members. Highly recommend!

I highly recommend this gym and have even done so to family and friends. Always clean throughout, plenty of amenities and friendly/supportive members.

Any issues to machines or equipment I’ve found to be fixed by the next day or communicated well with an ETA.

Current ownership is involved and supports their members and community. I.e. Curling team and Cuzzy’s 5k. They are always looking for members opinions to help improve and offer as much as they can to meet members’ needs.

This gym has everything I need for full body workouts with machines, weights, and cardio equipment. All equipment is well maintained and it great condition.

There is also red light therapy option at this gym.

I signed up for a membership online and contacted the Chaska location. Just a short while later, the owner took the time out of his busy day to come meet me at the gym to give me the access card. Both of the new owners were very friendly and professional and got back to me quickly. The customer service is outstanding. I got a tour of the gym and it was very clean, nicely air conditioned, and they had a great selection of equipment to use. I am very excited to started. I highly recommend this location!

Terrible service. Been trying to cancel via phone, email, text, and Jill will not respond. She told me she had personal issues going on and couldn’t help me at this point and continues to charge me when I have asked to cancel for the past 27 days. She also turned my account back on after a freeze without telling me charging me $64 per month for 3 months without my permission. Worst owner ever, not good at all!
