Got a plan through my job to pay less for snap memebership. owner says he doesn’t accept plans and won’t grant me access if I try to use my card. told me a day ago I could but then changed his mind. Called the other snap fitnesses and they said they’ve never heard of that being allowed. Thought we could use our snap cards anywhere? I guess not here.

The owner needs to get A.C. in the place I asked him about it and he said people complain cause it's to cold.
Poor excuse, does anyone complain about AC when its 90 + degree with humidity and you're constantly moving around?

Very friendly owner lovely establishment, not wheelchair friendly but he was willing to work with me on what he could however to make it truly accessible he would have to get a bigger gym or lose some equipment and I couldn’t ask him for that. But reasonably priced membership, clean gym and equipment had everything you need if you are able bodied and 24/7 for members. I give 4/5 because Mike the owner was very very amiable. Best of luck to him!

I usually go late at night and have the place to myself. It's clean, well organized, and has everything I need. The owner seems legit and it appears well run. It's not fancy, but it's nice and functional. It's not a show off place, it's a gym, and I like that :)

I had a very nice experience at Snap Fitness. The machines were always well maintained and clean, its always open, and the owner is very welcoming and friendly. Even when I had to end my membership, I was not given a hard time, and the owner was very understanding.

As far as the Chia Xiong review, let me clear this up! One, I NEVER yelled at her son, he had no idea what he did was wrong and I had three members there that can verify that there was NO yelling and I was just asking who he was with and how old he was! Chia had her earbuds in and had no idea I was there until I waved my hands in front of here! She also lied about his age, lied again by using her husband's card for her son, and even if he WAS of age, he was NOT on the plan or did he have a waiver signed! Also I NEVER kicked them out, she just ran out before I could explain my policies! Her husband came in the next day and I cleared the air with him and told MY side and the truth and hoped she would delete this unwarranted 1 star review, but I guess not! We have rules to protect ALL our members, all she needed to do was talk to me about it, which she never did!

While I understand I broke a rule by bringing my 13yr old son to the gym with me, the owner showed up at nearly 10pm and so very rudely kicked us out. He yelled at my son and I was tested and scoffed at. The owner’s attitude was real douchey (which I should’ve detected after the awkward conversation we had when we first met.) probably could’ve kept my business if his attitude wasn’t so demeaning and the situation was handled nicely. I’ll take my business to Anytime.

Snap is a good gym chain if you’re looking for an affordable no-frills experience. The owner, Mike, is the man. The gym is clean and has everything you need for a solid workout. It’s open 24/7 but only staffed a few hours a day so you get a fob go scan in.
Good location, plenty of parking, and a well kept space.

Not as clean as other facilities, Most wont wipe down machines. So extra work for me. Gotta wipe down b4 and after. All and All I enjoy going there

I don't live in Duluth, but I was visiting family so I needed a quick workout. This place is one of the best SNAPs I've been to. The staff is affable, the place is clean, and the equipment is solid, varied, and well organized. I'll definitely go back.

Didn't return calls when I tried to cancel, which allowed time for additional charges to be processed. Then when I moved out of state, my card didn't work and they claim its not their fault! HA! I've been in business for a while now and I know that there was plenty of ways to help me. Then the manager there lied about being the owner and she was the "last stop" and then when I called her out on it she still said she was the only one who can help. Needless to say, very rude on the phone, and I spent 3 weeks (21 DAYS!!!) just trying to get a returned call. I guess they enjoy it being 24 hours so they can assume the gym can run itself. I've never made complaints like this before but I can honestly say that the one in Fridley is ran wonderfully! But of course there is always room for horrible places.
