This is a convenient, neighborhood gym with all the foundational pieces you would need to get a great workout in. They do a nice job maximizing their small space without it feeling cramped. Albeit, I always avoid peak times. The staff are all quite friendly, welcoming, and helpful.

Veryyy small gym with just the basics. Equipment is kind of packed in at this location and some of it is old (like the dumbbells). There isn't really a good spot for stretching or ab workouts either. The floor mat in some areas is worn down and a tripping hazard. It's a good gym for the basics and has a couple good racks!

I really enjoyed this location! Was In a really convenient spot and the staff are super friendly and very knowledgeable about all things health and exercise related. Opening and closing my account there was super easy, especially with Cameron, very professional and nice guy! I would highly recommend anyone looking into a snapfitness gym to contact Cameron and give this location a try. If my family didn't have to move I'd for sure re-sign with this location again!

I am a member and man, management sucks. My roommate and I live in Eagan, wanted to try out a new work out and my roommate was deemed “training me” even though he wasn’t. We both are paying members and SHOULD be able to use all Snap Fitness gyms from MN. Now he got banned from the Eagan club due to these allegations.

And FYI, I see a kid working at the front desk most of the time, and I don’t ever see trainers here.

Probably the best Snap Fitness I've been to, but I haven't been to many. Compared to the ones in Chaska and Prior Lake, the one in Eagan has much more variations of equipment. As soon as you walk in it feels small, but then you start to walk around and realize how much equipment is in here and it's spaced out very well so you don't feel cramped.

Two different chest press machines, weight racks, smith machines, deadlift station, tons of cardio equipment. I think I even saw a hip thrust machine but I could be wrong.

Love that they provide rags and cleaning spray. Much more eco friendly. The Chaska location uses the worst quality paper towels. Even the water at this gym tastes good. Wish I lived closer.

Love this Gym. Open 24/7 with your fob, and has the minimum essential equipment for serious lifters: Leg press, Two.. that's TWO squat racks! A bunch of extra barbells, a platform to do your deadlifts and or hip thrusts, free weights and a couple of benches. There are more machines but the ones I mentioned are what showd me this place knows what's important. Very clean, they ask you to switch to cleaner shoes once you get inside to help keep it clean, there are spray bottles with cleaner inside of them and towels to wipe down equipment with. Very happy with this place.

I would give a big zero. The new owner Aaron has big time trust issues. Constant postings on how to use the gym - wear shoes, do this, dont do this..... the complete gym is a big static shock center.... u will be shocked. The greedy one now is charging extra promising better equipment. he needs a better gym with toilet paper does not rip and no static shock before thinking this a good gym. Good riddance for me.

Compared to other snap fitness I’ve been to around the city this is the cleanest and most up kept one. The staff is friendly and makes connections with almost everyone and is here almsot daily. They are constantly adding new equipment and the bathrooms are always clean too!

The place is kinda Republican - multiple times I've been in there the Fox News Channel is on two of the 3-4 tv's (no CNN or MSNBC ever), and on speaker for all to hear, to boot. Plus there are no showers and it's kinda cramped...

The club itself is fine. Like Snap Fitness a lot. This location could use some help with cleanliness and maintenance. On my last visit a, there are machines that need to be repaired, and the filter in the water fountain is long past need of replacement. And communication with the manager is herendous. When we 1st started at the club she locked out our access cards for lack of payment, because she had mis-keyed the credit card number for the automatic payment we set up. The staff member who took our application wrote everything correctly, but she entered it incorrectly. More recently, I emailed several times for information about the account with no response. Sent email as directed by the corporate office to suspend our membership for 3 months, with no response. Has repeatedly entered information with regard to our account and payment incorrectly. If you need information with regard to the account, or changes to your account, you can plan on having to make multiple requests for these things and plenty of frustration.

I have been a member for a year and a quarter now. Working out at SNAP is one of the wisest things I do! It is close and convenient; I can go every day, regardless of weather. They have all the equipment and gear I need. And they maintain it, not me. This way I have no obstacles or excuses impeding my fitness goals. When I travel for work, there is quite often a SNAP franchise in that city I can use. With SNAP, I can be consistent in training regularly. I am now a lot healthier, fitter and lighter than I used to be! I recommend them to friends and family all the time. In fact, we have a family plan at our house. Thanks, SNAP!

This fitness center used to be well run. It changed ownership this past summer and things have gone down hill. Bathrooms need maintainance, there are treadmills out of order (one for over a month). There doesn't seem to be a regular schedule for cleaning. I will continue to work out here because of its convenience, but a little TLC would be nice!

They're ok until you need to cancel. I had an email conversation with the staff. They told me I didn't have to come in and that cancelling my membership through email would be just fine. I told them I understand the 30 day cancellation warning and it would be ok to charge me the next month thinking it would be the last charge to my account. That was the beginning of October that I had a conversation with them. They verified with me that my last charge would be in November. But now it's December and I have another charge into my account. I emailed them and they ignored me. I called them and they said "Oh, it actually says December 4th is your cancellation date. I will have a manager call you to figure that out." It has now been a couple days and I haven't received one call. Still being charged two months after cancelling is not ok. The gym itself is decent and the staff is nice though.

THE WORST Management ever! They have been charging our checking account for MONTHS after we canceled our membership! I have made numerous phone calls and pleas. There is rarely an actual employee working. Almost always get a voice mail. Takes days for them to get back, only to lie about taking care of the problem. Total SCAM!

I've been a member 4+ years and the staff/location are always great. Good, clean equipment and friendly staff. Lots of tvs and even free wi fi now! I highly recommend it. Good for getting in workout between hitting Cub/Target in the same shopping area.
