While the gym was nice they never respond. I had to move suddenly and have been trying to cancel my membership for months, I've sent written notice as stated in the signed contract, emailed, called within their posted staffed hours and not once has this gym bother to respond. I have even contacted corporate snap fitness about this and similarly got no response. be aware of this if you plan to use them they do not make it easy to cancel your membership to the point of neglecting their own contract.

Snap Fitness in East Bethel MN is by far the best place my family and I have had a membership with. Jake has been AWESOME to work with and goes out of his way to make you feel welcome and to take care of any concerns immediately. It is a comfortable, clean, professionally run gym that I highly recommend! Thank you Snap East Bethel!!!!!

Absolutely the WORST Gym experience I've ever encountered. No communication whatsoever. Extremely overpriced. Do NOT waste your time and especially your money. Any other gym is better than this place. Do not recommend this establishment to anyone. Stay away. You'll thank me.

We usually use the Cambridge Snap, but on weekends we sometimes drive down to this location because it’s such a treat! It is SO CLEAN and WELL MAINTAINED. Any machine you could want; never terribly busy. The crowd is friendly and they sell drinks and a nice protein shake for a very reasonable price. Great place for the community!

Stopped by this location on a Saturday Night. First impression was everything seemed old. The treadmill I was on had a tray for a blackberry phone. The treadmill I tried to start on was broken and received an error code. Went into the men's bathroom and it had a horrible sewage smell. They may have a plumbing issue with it. There was urine all over the floor next to the urinal as well. All the garbage bins in the gym appeared to be 90% full. The worst thing is every patron I noticed getting off a machine failed to wipe the machine down. I'll be avoiding this location in the future and go to a better maintained Snap Fitness. If I lived in East Bethel and this was my primary location I would cancel my membership in a heart beat.

That is my second time being there it's a great place actually like it better than the one in Andover got a lot more options there the one on 65 and East bethel. Today I was there for an hour I tried some of them and new ones and I had a better workout. And the people that were there was a lot better in some cases. You go there and you work out and you sweat that's where it's supposed to be. It's the first time leaving the gym that I'm sore that means I had a good workout damn good workout.

I actually really like going here most of the time but not very clean looks like they just depend on you cleaning machines cause same dust etc is always there again. Same machines always broken and certain guys come in and take over machines put their water on seat of machines while they go to another machine so you cannot go on that machine while they are on something else. I will keep coming trying different times to avoid this but really. If we don't want things to close down again maybe clean WELL at night 😆 😅 just a thought

I have been using the gym for some time now and I have no issues with the gym. It is always clean and in top shape. I have been using Jake for personal training and he is very professional and great at what he does. I highly recommend this place to others.

Went there for a couple of months. 2 years ago. Decided it wasn't for me. Returned my key card with the front desk. Now 2 years later im getting calls from a collection agency. And never once call from snap fitness looking for money. And now they won't answer the phone or call me back.

I’m very irritated! I’ve called to cancel my membership in JULY! But I’ve continued to be charged every month, which I then call to cancel my card, but I’m still getting charged. I get charged the month of October and I finally text the owner who just sends me a photo of a cancellation policy but all I wanted is to stop getting charged for something I canceled months ago. Then continues to ignore my texts and calls. I eventually just ordered a new card and called my bank to get my money back. Very frustrated. If you’re going to run a business maybe answer your phone and stop stealing money from people.

They make it impossible to cancel your membership. I've emailed numerous times over the past few months and have tried leaving voicemails since I'm unable to stop in. They do not respond and the voicemail inbox is typically full. They continue charging you and ignore your communication. Saddest part is, once they finally come around to addressing it, they'll tell me there is a 30 day cancelation notice and charge me for yet another month even though I have been trying to contact them for MONTHS. Very poor business management. Not happy with this gym at all!

Originally joined at this club since it is only 2 miles from my house. I quickly switched to another club that is 10 minutes away. This clubs equipment seems worn out and the place is dirty. All of the equipment has a ton of dust and grim on it. They need some fans mounted up on the wall. There is very little airflow. They recently switched owners, so hopefully they are going to be doing some cleaning and updates. If they do I will update my review.

It's not fancy, but a nice, friendly place to work out. I thought I'd miss the amenities of the higher-priced clubs where I used to work out, but I found out I really don't need the locker room, pool or classes or women stuffed in Lululemon. Just a quiet place to get my workout in quickly. Holly is great! So is Vince. Nice people, nice place.
